I purchased an iPhone from Best Buy online. 10 months later battery starts giving me issues. I went to this location where the geek squad customer service had me standing there for almost 2 hours and no one would give me a valid reason. They then had me sign a paper to be able to open my phone and check, they never told me that my phone had a third party battery meaning it was not a genuine apple battery. At one point someone by the name of Mario told me he would be able to ship my phone out to get it replaced. When I went back he didn’t even show his face and sent a woman who told me their system was not working and that they weren’t able to send out my phone.They had me going back and forth waiting for 2 hours 3 days in a row. BE AWARE of ordering phones from their site.
