I had a disappointing experience at the Best Buy located at **33590 S. Dixie Hwy, Florida City, FL 33034**.
On **July 6, 2026**, at approximately **10:40 a.m.**, while I was in the **Apple department**, I asked an employee whether the store offered a military discount. The employee told me that no such discount existed. I explained that I had previously received a military discount at Best Buy and understood that, in some situations, discounts may be granted at a manager's discretion.
The manager then came over and stated that Best Buy does not offer a military discount. He also mentioned that he was a veteran himself, although that was unrelated to my question. I was simply asking whether a military discount was available or whether one could be considered at the manager's discretion.
What disappointed me most was not the answer itself, but the way the interaction was handled. A clear, respectful explanation would have been appreciated.
If store management wishes to review the interaction, it should be possible to verify it through the security cameras in the **Apple department** from approximately **10:40 a.m. on July 6, 2026**.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this Best Buy location. I hope management will use this feedback to improve customer service and communication with future customers, especially veterans.

I was very disappointed with the customer service at Best Buy. I attempted to speak with a female employee on the sales floor, but she completely ignored me and did not acknowledge my request for assistance. The lack of customer service made for a very poor experience.
Pesima atencion, fui por un celular y cuando llegue ni lo tenian en exibicion, y Alex que fue el que me atendio me dijo , que sí lo tenian pero que para poder verlo tenia que comprarlo primero , pero que la caja no la podia abrir hasta que no se pagara, hasta ahi me parecio muy absurdo pero aun asi decidi comprarlo , solo que cuando ya lo iva a pagar me dice que si lo abro y no lo quiero , me van a descontar $45.00 dolares en la devolucion, solo por abrir la caja, finalmente le dije que no, encima de que voy a comprar algo sin poder ver, me vas descontar $45.00 dolares , no lo quiero ,que pena que tengan esas reglas, es una lastima porque a mi me "gustaba best buy"
Excelente atendimento por parte da mulher que me atendeu, atenciosa e rápida, loja muito bem arrumada também.
