My Fridge went out on 2/18/2025., the next morning my wife and I started scrambling trying to save the food. We lost some perishables but all the frozen foods were good. Went to all the big box stores and no one had anything we could take that day. So we went to Best buy and Alyssa helped us out she had a fridge that we could take home that day. We got an awesome deal and a $250 gift card which brought the price even lower. Thank you Alyssa for being so patient with me during the purchase.
Super friendly staff. Store is clean and well organized. They offer a variety of items from tvs, car stereo installation, geek squad services, etc.
Horrible Customer service, Woman at front desk told me she could not see my order after she described the items in my order to me and confirmed my name & number. DO NOT order for instore pick-up, they gave my order away as well. Poorly staffed.
