Very poor customer service from the Geek Squad. Assistant Manager, Danny, wanted me to purchase an item to open the unsealed box in front of him. He then gave me an attitude when I challenged him since he said his policy was not to open sealed boxes which is a very reasonable policy but this box was not sealed and it was a $100 pen for an electronic notebook, I wanted to make sure it was compatible. He told me it's his pen in his store and he wasn't going to open it. I told him he lost a potential sale and he had the last word and said he didn't care... I believe he then got someone to seal the box up after. I will definitely go to BrandsMart or buy online first before I go to best buy from now on.
