Go in to buy a computer, the salesmen basically know nothing much about computers, far more interested is selling you a Best Buy Credit Card or extended contract? Will tell you if you pay it off when you buy it, you get a 10% discount but fail to tell you it has to be with the Best Buy Credit Card which I found out later. The best one, one salesman is wearing a Covid face mask???? Really cool trying to communicate with him? Finally, their selections a few and prices high. Go someplace else you can do better.

Worst customer service experience ever. Your automated phone system is absolutely terrible. It is nearly impossible to reach a real person, get information, or solve even the simplest issue. The robot keeps sending customers in circles and wastes a huge amount of time. I strongly suggest removing or completely redesigning this system as soon as possible. A phone system should help customers, not frustrate them. This is by far the most useless and poorly designed automated system I have ever encountered. If this continues, it will drive customers away and seriously damage the business. Extremely disappointing. Zero respect and result.
