Lots of great tech stuff in a nice atmosphere with great service. Walked in to see what desktops they had in stock and was given great information from the staff about certain new models. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the one I needed in stock and had to pick it up somewhere else. Will try again next time!

Josh the manager is one the most unprofessional people I have met in a long time. After waiting 15 minutes to buy a tv. He came up to me not will to help and said it will be a couple more minutes. I said ok not that happy. He then says if you don’t like that you can leave. As if I didn’t know this. Once I asked what does that mean he then says nope you can just leave. No chat no nothing. Just a smerk from someone that can’t even help in his own store. He is troll that feels his iPad in hands give him power to tell a paying customer to leave when someone didn’t talk back just asked what feel free to leave ment. Very unappreciative and very unprofessional. Do better Best Buy. 1st bad exp red experience from very rude entitled employee
