Horrible customer service! We were sold a broken 75inch Samsung TV. Customer service at the store said that they were going to do an exchange for a TV that works. We waited days for someone to come and they only sent someone to take the broken TV and not give us the new one. Now we’re waiting on the phone for hours and hours with no solution. We are being told that they can’t help us now. All we wanted was a product that worked properly. Really disappointed.
