I went in today feeling a bit anxious. I recently started training for a new job and literally found out yesterday afternoon that my old Chromebook would not allow me to download important software. I had about 2 hours before I was supposed to log in for work to get a new computer. A very nice lady who's name I didn't catch, triaged my issue and put my in line to be assisted. I was assisted by Kisha. She was awesome! She understood that this was my first time every purchasing a new laptop and that I needed it for work. She made me feel ok about not being as tech savvy as I'm sure some other customers are and answered all of my questions.
