A salesperson Kevin, and his manager an African American woman, both were VERY RUDE when I asked them for help. Actually Kevin was the one who started this, with attitude, impatient, impolite, I purchased a laptop and while I was there I went geek squad to change my screen protector. This Kevin came and asked: do you have an appointment? I told him no, I just wanted ti change my screen protector, and he started asking questions like when did I purchase and other questions. I told him that with my phone number he could see that I have a membership, he started making faces and being hostile (is the 2nd time I dealt with him and it was the same) and the manager was doing the same after I asked her for help, but she helped me.I am a member and I pay the membership every year and I don’t think I deserved a treatment like that.

Bought a brand new Dell laptop on 2/16/26 and 3/4/26 my laptop just stopped working. Since it’s past 15 days I can’t refund and or get new laptop. Barely used this laptop and it already gives me issues

Yaneisi was extremely helpful and very patient with me. Everything I needed to buy she helped me find it and find the best option for me personally. She truly does deserve a raise. Hopefully when I go back she’s there to help me out again
