ALEX was phenomenally remarkable💯🌞 I had an old Cosair gaming headset that died on me Friday while work8ng from home. What a nightmare had 2 spares, could not connect to my Bluetooth. Maybe too old! Lmao, but I explained to Alex how I'm 1st gen gamer, Gen X and former AOL employee, if u don't know Google it lol. So working remote from home plus Call of Duty, I seriously had a 911 situation. He was such a nice gentleman, understood my position, and effectively executed a solution. So 5 star service! Thank you Alex!
My guy Shiv! Top tear employee at Best Buy. I walked in for something little and left with the best purchase of my life because of this guy!! He got me the absolute best deal on a monitor and I can’t thank him enough. It was kind of unbelievable how he got it done. Every time I come in he helps me now and I get 10/10 customer service because of Shiv! He is the man!!!!

I could not call the store.
I was responding to a geek squad service person. My call went thru to customer service. He would not transfer my call to the Ft Lauderdale store. He hung up on me.
The service sucks if you are not in the store.
