1901 N Federal Hwy, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33305 is the bestbuy that if you need help right away, never go there. Now Can Bestbuy explained to me why I paid to install screenprotector, after 3 days the screenprotector started to peel off? I called customer service to see wht I can do, told agent I did not have my receipt and my box as that location was close to my job and 40 miles away from my house. She told me to just go back to the store, they can give me a copy of the receipt. I went to the store. Asked an employee sitting at the door. Told me to go to customer service. I went there, stood for 5 mns, no one came to the register. The guy sitting at the door was looking at me and did not even come to me to ask me if I need some help. I switched to the return lane, spent 20 mns until the lady called me.l, explained her the situation and she gave me a copy. I went to the Geek dept,showed to the lady my phone where the screenprotector to peel off and the copy of the install receipt, thats when she is telling me to bring the box of the screenprotector . During all those time, why they did not tell me i need the item?. Called customer service again to make a complaint at 12:45. The agent lady told me she took my complaint and someone will call me regarding the incident and the refund. No call. From 5:00 pm until 7:10 I kept callling at least 10 times no one cant help me, got a supervisor. That supervisor gave me ATT phone# telling to call that number to fix my issue. Why supervisor gave me ATT phone# while i did not have any service with ATT? Called back again, 6 more times, asked to talk to a supervisor, put me on hold and after 10 mns hung up on my face everytime i asked to talk to a supervisor
