I had a very unpleasant experience at this electronics store. I brought my laptop in for inspection, was told to buy a part, and returned with it. During check-in, the employee never asked my name and placed my device under someone else’s account, which I only caught after signing documents. During the consultation, I was told to prepare to buy another computer soon so I took this as an opportunity to look around. While browsing laptops afterward, an employee followed me closely without offering help, which made me uncomfortable enough to leave.
When I returned days later in heavy rain, I was handed my laptop with no bag offered, I had to ask for one. I also noticed I was never acknowledged when leaving, while others were.
The lack of care, professionalism, and basic courtesy made me feel uncomfortable and undervalued. I would caution others before choosing this location to go.

I was looking for a replacement dishwasher recently, and chose to get it from Best Buy on North Federal Highway - primarily because of location.
I have been pleasantly surprised by the ease of working with Best Buy - both online and on the phone. Their communication - confirming appointments, tracking delivery times, and even check-ins during installation - has been excellent.
Their delivery crew were professional and skilled.
I gladly recommend them!
Dude had little knowledge about Pixel watches and Best Buy didn't carry a charging cable either. He said go to Walmart!!!
