The police seem to just do what the employees at Best Buy or Samsung tell them, rather than protecting customers. I was told to leave after I complained to the Best Buy manager about an employee named Jose Manuel, who disrespected and insulted me while I was simply charging my Samsung watch. He even threatened to have me removed from the store, despite the fact that I pay for a membership and shop at Best Buy every week.
I am extremely disappointed. This has happened too many times. I plan to call and cancel my membership and stop shopping here, as this treatment is unacceptable. I hope they reconsider the security personnel they employ and choose someone more capable of understanding customer situations, rather than just placing a stronger person at the door.
I expect that they will fire him because it's dangerous to have someone with such a temper working there. I felt unsafe, and it’s sad to see a big company that I used to love go downhill like this.
I believe he reacted like this when I went to talk to the supiriors
