I have had $140 worth of reward certificates stolen twice. When I called about the second incident, I am being told I need to change my email address and cell phone. Seriously??? I am done with Best Buy. You can take my certificates and shove them where the sun don’t shine. I’m so disgusted from being screwed over time after time by Best Buy and just will take my business elsewhere. It is your responsibility to ensure that our certificates are secure and to even suggest that I change my email and/or phone number is ridiculous and unrealistic. Shame on Best Buy!!! I’m done!!!
