Sal with Geek Squad was very helpful! Feel they should have more support staff. Always seems to be a line and wait.
Went to try and purchase some high end audio for my home not 1 person asked me anything there was a salesman there but he was on his phone and didnt care about helping me. This is the new culture norm in these stores. Sad is no one will even care about thier care of customers.
You replied to my review by asking me to go above and beyond to do things the way you want lol NO THANKS your reply proves how out of touch you are with customers foh you wasted enough of my time at the store dont ask me to do homework for you!

Open at 10am. How pathetic. I used to love best buy and tell everyone about the awesome warranty plans. Best buy has gone downhill for sure. Super disappointed. Might as well shop at Walmart.
This is basically an Amazon window shopping store at this point. You go in and look at the demo product, try it out, then purchase on Amazon because they have nothing in stock and no employee wants to help sell you anything. They're obviously hourly employees with no motivation to help you purchase anything. This comoany has really gone downhill especially since covid.
