I had a wonderful experience at Best Buy.. If I could give him a 10 out of 5 stars, I would.
My rep was a gentleman i did not get his name. He was knowledgeable, patient, kind, professional, and genuinely willing to help. When he approached me, my young son was in the middle of a tantrum, and he immediately acknowledged me and show the willingness to help. As a parent, that meant a lot to me.
He asked if I needed assistance, and after I explained that I was looking for he helped me promptly and accurately. My hands were full managing my son, so having someone willing to step in and make the process easier was incredibly helpful.
He never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable. Quite the opposite—he went above and beyond to make my shopping experience better and less stressful. His patience, professionalism, and genuine kindness truly stood out.
Best buy is fortunate to have an employee like him. Thank you for making what could have been a challenging shopping trip such a positive experience. I would absolutely recommend best buy.

$3,000+ and abandoned by Best Buy - do not buy a computer here.
I spent more than $3,000 on an ASUS desktop and it has been a nightmare from day one. Every single Windows update crashes the machine on boot with a different error message each time. Hours wasted - every single update cycle.
When I called for help, Best Buy's phone number routes you to an overseas call center. Getting anyone local is impossible. Their support team? They point you to ASUS. ASUS? They point you back to Best Buy. Classic runaround while you're stuck with a $3,000 paperweight.
Best Buy sold me a defective machine and then made it clear they have zero interest in standing behind it. If you need support after the sale - and you will - don't count on getting it here.
DO NOT BUY A COMPUTER FROM BEST BUY. They will leave you completely on your own.
