I can’t imagine Shopping at a place that has more inept employees. Went into the store after being delivered the wrong TV from Best Buy. I was told by two different people and one manager that I would get a call at a certain time the next day to finish my return. (still wasn’t showed being delivered in their system I was told ) I ended up doing the return online… Nobody from the store ever called me, I have been waiting nearly 3 weeks for the return so I am having to pay my American Express $78 this month because Best Buy still hasn’t processed my return on a TV that was over $1000. They won’t help you they will lie to you. It’s better to buy items off of Amazon or Walmart. Best Buy has lost their touch. If they ever had it.
