The store was well put together and the floor associates offered help. When I went to checkout, the young female cashier was indifferent to me. It felt like I was annoying her at having to do her job. I told her that I thought I had rewards certificates, she said no. She mentioned that I had points and needed to cash them in. I asked how that was done, she said she thought on that app, but did not know and I had to figure that out (with an attitude... like Iwas interrupting her personal time).
You have to understand, it was not WHAT she said, it was HOW she said it. Total lack of connection and total lack of empathy.
If you don't like your job, NOT my problem. You are paid to make me feel welcome and help... you were the opposite of both.
Thanks to the floor staff for doing a great job! If not for the cashier attitude, you would get 5 stars.
