This is basically an Amazon window shopping store at this point. You go in and look at the demo product, try it out, then purchase on Amazon because they have nothing in stock and no employee wants to help sell you anything. They're obviously hourly employees with no motivation to help you purchase anything. This comoany has really gone downhill especially since covid.

Bought a new tv dec 2025. The installers broke my old tv. I’ve been referring BB claims Sedgwick. Have not received any feedback or been compensated for the broken tv. All calls are unanswered.
