Just wanted to say. Thanks to Best Buy management and there entire stock room team. I'm a truck driver and everytime I have visited this store I'm Always meet with happy workers. Today was a hard task getting docked on the door. But everyone was hands on. They did not leave me hanging to figure it out on my on. Keep up the great work, because it definitely shows
Terrible like a used car lots
The store that continues to disappoints. Imagine walking in and asking for a product, that I am seeing in the app that is available for pick up, to be told, they don’t have it on the store. Then going to the register to just ask AGAIN if I can be helped to be told again they don’t have it on the back of the store (after they went to the back to check), I then again show them the app: Hey look it says it’s available for pick up, to be told they don’t have it. I then walked to my car, placed the order for pick up and guess what guys, it magically teleported to the store because guess what they brought to my car… every single item I purchased in the app… What a joke, every time I go in there the associates are completely clueless, always having to check on the back, asking multiple people to see if they know. I don’t even want to go inside anymore just curbside pick up and be on my way.
I had an appointment for the Geek Squad. Friendly gal helped me.
I love shopping there for all electronics. Each department has someone that specializes in that area-door bells, smart watches, EVERYTHING! 😊
