I need Dey to contact me. He messed up my return with Sonny in the store and now you have my product and I don't have my money - YOU DID NOT ISSUE MY REFUND! YOU CANX MY NEW ORDER AND NOT REFUNDED THE ITEM I BROUGHT YOU! AND YOUR CUSTOMER CALL CENTER CAN'T HELP ME! I don't want to have to chase you down at the store and I shouldn't have to - but the store doesn't take calls and customer service is worthless. VERY UNHAPPY!!
This was with the Geek Squad on site at Best Buy. It was a total waste of time and they didn’t even fix my phone. I had to go there three times, wait for like 30 minutes each time and was told different things by different people. Even when it was clearly their fault, the manager did nothing to rectify the sitch. A complete lack of smart customer service. In the end, I went to the Apple Store in Estero and saved $300.
