I bought a washer from them online a few days ago. It's not going to get here for another 7 days and they already charged my credit card,, the full charge is there not just the authorization.
Never buying from them again, now I have to pay it before it gets here in order to avoid interest because my monthly payment is due in a few days.

If you've been to best buy to make a purchase. Then you know how nice this store is if you haven't check it out. I bought the Lenovo yoga a fabulous laptop I worked with Don who was able to get a me a $400 coupon that actually saved me $400 it was great. Don was is a 15 yr strong best buy employee. He's super knowledgeable he also is super kind just one of those guys that's easy to work with. The most polite and helping assistant I've ever had in my life really. A super huge thanks to Don. I can't say enough. I know when I return I look forwards to seeing Don for all my tech needs at Best buy. Highly recommended! Consult With Don
