Best Buy Fort Myers

What a difference a year makes! Had a great experience last Oct purchasing a laptop. Brought it in to Geek Squad today for a minor issue. I had an appt. No one at the desk for 10 minutes. Finally someone there who checked people in then disappeared. I waited for 20 minutes past my appt and started looking for someone to ask. No one there. Finally someone came and took me only because I was standing there. Not because I was next in queue. We solved my issue quickly but I was never taken out of the queue and someone called me on my way home 15 minutes later. Very unorganized and under staffed. The funny thing is I observed so many employees walking around the store not busy at all. I won’t be back.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, go ahead and try to call the store, if you have an urgent matter, they will not patch you through to the store. They patch you through to an overseas call center and when you tell the emergency to the representative, they explain to you that they will send an email and you may hear back in 48 hours, if you ask them why there is even a store manager at the Fort Myers location, they tell you that they’re not sure because they don’t handle any customer issues on the phone.You cannot speak to a store manager, you can literally have an item stolen from you and not reach someone at the store. Good luck with your AI Best Buy. I’m filing a report and I will never shop with you again.

Upon entering the store, I was immediately met by a pleasant worker who asked what I was interested in today. She politely directed me to the in store pickup counter. I was met by worker who asked for my ID (just as my forms mentioned) and he quickly brought out my order.

Best buy always has everything I need. I love best buy, especially the one over here on cleveland avenue. On south tamiami trail!
