Walked into the store today looking for a camera for my vacation. I had the pleasure of running into Fernando and he was honestly the best person I could talk to about comparing a Sony & Cannon camera. He was very knowledgeable about both and broke down the minor and major specs of each one I had a question about. Would definitely recommend talking to Fernando if interested in purchasing a camera. Customers service 10/10

I made an appointment for 4 PM to get my phone screen fixed through AppleCare. I get checked in exactly at 4 PM. I wait 20 minutes. They start running tests and doing diagnostics on my phone and then they say they’re not doing repairs today and asked if I can come in another day so wait to waste all that time out of my day when I already made an appointment

“Very bad experience. I paid for a warranty, and when I came in to have a product checked because it was having problems, I had to wait almost 2 hours. The service is not the same as before, and I feel like they waste the customer’s time. Very disappointed
