$3,000+ and abandoned by Best Buy - do not buy a computer here. I spent more than $3,000 on an ASUS desktop and it has been a nightmare from day one. Every single Windows update crashes the machine on boot with a different error message each time. Hours wasted - every single update cycle. When I called for help, Best Buy's phone number routes you to an overseas call center. Getting anyone local is impossible. Their support team? They point you to ASUS. ASUS? They point you back to Best Buy. Classic runaround while you're stuck with a $3,000 paperweight. Best Buy sold me a defective machine and then made it clear they have zero interest in standing behind it. If you need support after the sale - and you will - don't count on getting it here. DO NOT BUY A COMPUTER FROM BEST BUY. They will leave you completely on your own.

"Check your items before you leave the store!!I visited my brother in Cape Coral and we went to the nearest Best Buy in Fort Myers. We wanted to buy a phone and asked an associate named Chuku W for recommendations. We didn't mind open-box items, so Chuku showed us a few. We ended up choosing an open-box phone that didn't come with any accessories. Chuku was nice enough to grab a 6-foot charging cable from the sales floor as a gift. We paid and left with the phone and the cable.However, when we got home and opened it, we found that the brand-new cable package had already been opened. The cable inside was extremely short and the connector was completely broken. We called customer service immediately to ask if they could just issue a credit to my account so I could replace it at any Best Buy location. Unfortunately, they insisted we drive back to the original Fort Myers store.A Best Buy brand cable costs less than $10, but the drive from Cape Coral to Fort Myers is definitely not worth the gas and time for their mistake. Please double-check everything before walking out!"

I recently visited Geek Squad to have my cell phone repaired. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the service I received. When I asked them to address the issue properly, they refused in an inappropriate manner. I also spoke with the customer service manager at the store, but instead of listening carefully to my concerns, he appeared to defend the employees without fully understanding the situation. Overall, I found the staff’s behavior to be rude and unprofessional.
