In and out, quick service, very good!
Not gonna lie I love tech stuff, but I think you need more geek staff and being the only best buy near my location without having to travel to Estero really sucks that I have an appointment at 1pm and I'm not seen till 1:45pm and by the time I get out of there it almost 3pm. We all have busy schedules, and as a working woman, wife, mother, cook, and laundry detail, my plate is always full every day. I have a busy schedule. Just once, I would like to show up to my appointment where there aren't 5 people with the same appointment time. Not to mention, I needed a TV, and it took 30 to 45 minutes to get help. Now I see why people have started using Amazon, and if there is a problem, you drop it off at ubreakifix. Hmmm, faster service. you're the only appt. Faster service help readily available.
Don’t believe the one hour online pickup scam. They’ll have you standing in the store for multiple hours after you’ve already paid for the item. Their only way to work on an issue is to act like they are on the phone or to stare blankly into a computer monitor hoping you leave.
