To BestBuy Executives: I want to highlight an outstanding employee at the Best Buy in Fort Myers, FL: Dom, in the Appliances department. My experience with Dom was beyond exceptional he demonstrated deep product knowledge, genuine attentiveness, and took the time to thoroughly acknowledge and explain every product I was interested in. His level of customer service is rare, and it's clear he goes far above what's expected of his role. Employees like Dom are exactly why customers keep coming back. Frankly, his skill set, professionalism, and leadership qualities are being underutilized in his current position. I strongly believe Dom should be promoted to Regional Manager over all Best Buy locations in Fort Myers, FL — and I'd urge Best Buy to seriously consider this. I'm confident he could bring the same sales growth he's driven here to other stores in the region. In fact, I told him myself that Best Buy should be compensating him at least 1% of the monthly sales he brings in — that's how much value he adds.
