I have been a member of Best Buy for several years and recently I had a problem with 2 chargers that came with my laptops and they needed to be replaced. I worked with Sadi several times to resolve what really was a minor problem, in my eyes, but for whatever reason was complicated to resolve. Sadi stuck with me and made sure the issue was resolved to my satisfaction.

Terrible service 12/04/25 around 6:30 PM. Grabbed an open box Turtle Beach Afterglow XBox controller from the rack that had a clear price stated of $32.99. Grabbed that and a soda and waited at the register for what felt like around 10 minutes, though I understand it may have not been that long. The people at the front of the line were taking a long time, and after the cashier rung them out, he just walked away. I was in line, and an older woman with a $200 dollar SanDisk was in line in front of me. A short bit after, a younger man with 2 SteelSeries gaming PC's came up and was waiting as well. The older woman eventually grabbed the door greeter and they rung her out. I go up and they are telling me the comtroller is $49.99, not $32.99. That is not the price that was posted. I explained this and was promptly ignored. I left without making a purchase. Also to be noted, there was a gaggle of employees by the front area, including the original cashier, who were giggling and laughing with each other. While customers were waiting. Shameful. Feel free to check the camera footage.
