Our experience with this Best Buy was fantastic from start to finish. We came in thinking we knew what we wanted. Julio was our salesman and listened to what we wanted. He showed us the models that we found from Consumer Reports and some options. He guided us to our ultimate choice. Delivery times were accurate. Joe and his colleague installed the TV effectively. Our entertainment center is not the easiest to string cords through. They boxed up our 20+ yo TV. They showed us how to access streaming services and guides through the remote. Best Buy has been top notch from beginning to end.
Final note: I remember this particular Best Buy as being rather grimy and hard to navigate. So much so, I was reluctant to shop here. The current management and their team have done a superb job reforming the store. I will happily return.
