My MIL bought a new fridge and paid for the service plan. Now the fridge is on the fritz. She calls the number and gets the run-around. First they deny that she has the service plan. Then she shows them the receipt proving so. Now they don't have anyone to do it for two weeks. Then because they didn't have a record of it they want to refund her the service plan fee and re-do it new. She doesn't like it but agreed. They refunded her 80% of what she paid for some reason. Now she is out the extra to get the plan active again. Even the people at the store know how terrible their service is. They commiserate with her but don't offer any kind of help. This is an example of things that set normal people off to violence. Shame on you for taking advantage of an elderly woman. Shame on Best Buy. Don't go there.

Best Buys policy on price match and returns. Definitely suspect. I paid 129 bucks to be a member. And yet, they would not price match, because the "3rd" party seller. On their website, won't honor it. Read the fine print. There were 5 cashier's doing refunds while I'm there, on Fort Myers. Hmmmm
