Good experience and helpful staff.
Horrible wait time when you have an appointment with Geek Squad. Well over an hour after my appointment time (and I wasn't the only one waiting and complaining). Appointments are given a 20 minute window which is plenty of time yet technitians were not managing this expectation well at all. And to add insult I seen people coming in after me getting helped. You need to do better Geek Squad, much better, unless you simply don't care.
