Went to buy a Samsung 85 inch tv at the fort Myers Best Buy store and ended up leaving with no tv and a credit card that I don’t need the manager Gaston Quintana is scamming customers just like the sales people in the tv dept. I went to that store to buy 85 inch Samsung Qled tv I told the salesman and he comes back and tells me they’re out of stock? OKAY! I give him another Samsung model number he comes back not in stock another sales person comes over he starts talking to the salesperson in another language and turns and tells me you know this Samsung tv that you want is the bottom of the barrel in tv’s I can give you another tvTLC thats better for the same price as the Samsung. I told him I came there to buy a Samsung 85 inch tv for $999.99 and if you don’t have it in stock I will buy it online so I ask him can you tell me if another Best Buy location has those Samsung tv’s in stock he told me Pensacola Florida has two I told him good then I will order it online the tv in Pensacola will probably get shipped to ft Myers store. So as I walked out I decided to pay for the tv at the counter and order it right in the store.The cashier told me I could do everything at her register when I gave her the tv information and my name she tells me do I want to pay for the tv with my Best Buy credit card that I have “I was Shocked to learn that I had a Best Buy credit card that I didn’t even know of” So now I’m puzzled so the Manager Gaston Quintana comes by and tells me you can get another 10% off the tv today if you pay it with your Best Buy credit card ok that’s another $100.00 off sounds good let’s do it.So as the cashier proceeded with the order they verified my name ,address,email,phone number, we get the to the end of the order she turned to the Manager and said we can’t order the tv they don’t have any anywhere to get so the Manager looks at me and he tries to sell me another brand and I tell him I only want a Samsung tv but he insists that he can give me a upgrade brand for Samsung price and I told him No I just want to order a Samsung tv so he goes on his phone and he brings up a newer model of the Samsung tv and he tells me I can give you this one but it a 75 inch tv I told him I already have a 75 inch I want a 85 inch Samsung tv so he finds a Samsung Qled 8 model but he tells me it’s $300.00 more then the I was buying so I tell him every Samsung tv I wanted to buy in a 85 inch tv you told me I can’t order it and you don’t have it in stock but you have this one and you’re telling me it’s $300.00 more so do the right thing and honor it at the same cost as the other Samsung tv that I wanted to buy he tells me he can’t so I tell him it’s kinda weird that your trying to get me to buy another brand and you lied to me about the 10% it doesn’t come off the cost of the purchase it’s added as points to your account and now I found out I never had a Best Buy credit card you just signed me up so you and the cashier can get the store promotion and now I have a Best Buy credit card and no Samsung 85 inch Tv that’s scamming customers I asked to cancel the transaction and he tells me he can’t it’s already been sent to corporate. That’s a bad way to do business I’m notifying Best Buy corporate office and Samsung Corporate office

Good apart from trying to sell us what we didn't want, we already had researched the TV we wanted but they try really hard to sell Sony, must get better commission if they sell them
We went to Best Buy to look at cameras and had a few questions about different models and what they currently had in stock. We were immediately directed to their “camera guy,” and unfortunately, he was extremely rude and unhelpful. Because of this experience, we will not be returning to this location.
