When told to contact the store for geek squad it transfer you to a nationwide number. Which has a guy that refuses to look up your account then just makes you leave a message. He didn’t want to help at all and then says don’t get mad at me even though he’s refusing to even look up to see what the issue is then he hangs up on you. I called back had an India girl I believe which tried several times to contact the store only for it to go to messages again and again. She was far more helpful than the guy which totally refused any service at all. This store is the worst for geek squad with appointments all booked and when you do have an appointment you still sit an hour. Then CEO’s wonder why companies are fading well you hire a guy for customer service that doesn’t even know how to look up a repair order then wants to just push you to a voice mail. I can pretty much see him with his feet up playing on his phone just hanging up on people all day so sad wish circuit city or sound advice was still around they were always ready to help….
