Best Buy Fort Myers

Young men were very helpful in assisting me select my new devices and transferring info from old phone

My first 2 star, I thought long and hard before. Used to be a great place. Have had Total Protection for 6 years. Last 2 times I was told the Item was unrepairable, I needed to purchase a new one. This time I took it to another large retailer before hand. Was told after diagnostic that the button was stuck. $0 diagnostic fee and about $100-150 to repair, at least they offered to try. No $200 yearly fee for 0 service. I am taking it back to the other place. I will report what happens and lower it to 1 star if repaired. $200 is a lot of money to be told you need a buy new one 2 times.

The staff at Fort Myers are amazing. After Best Buy went through a significant downgrade limiting the products sold they managed twice to help me get a fair deal on products. Manager Edwin proved to work hard towards customer satisfaction above and beyond. The sales people were all tremendously helpful and honest. The corporate Best Buy has provided hassles that the store staff more than make up for. Considering Best Buy is not the best corporation the staff still make it worth visiting to my shock. I recommend this store to anybody

Very clean store. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Large selection of items! Nothing bad about this place at all.
