The WORST experience EVER! My husband purchased a Google phone CASH. Though it said on the website that it would be delivered, upon arriving at the store, that was no longer an option. We purchased a protective case and I asked The associate about a belt holster. Later at home, it said on the box one came free, but needed to be ordered. When I worked retail, we were expected to mention that- especially because it was a direct question. Next, the kid (apparently some type of manager) that needed to take the money so it wasn't in the associate's drawer, needed to count the money six times. The phone was to arrive on a Thursday, but they messaged him to pick it up on the following Mon ( when it should have been delivered to my house originally). THEY WOULD NOT GIVE A 60 YEAR OLD MAN THE PHONE THAT HE PAID CASH FOR! I called customer service many times and settled on it being delivered. Well that was BEFORE May 4. It is now late afternoon on the 12. It hasn't been sent, and unless an employee is going to drive it over, it won't be here by the 14. The 14 is when customer service was SURE this would have been resolved by. My husband doesn't have a phone OR his $1200. Buy directly from the companies! This is a failing business. Poor customer service, poor management!
