Absolutely a 1 star. I purchased a washer/dryer on 3/8 for delivery today 3/18. The tech shows up and says “oh I can’t do the work today, this is a two man job and my partner isn’t with me”. So now Best Buy wants to re schedule me for the next Wednesday. I am getting married that week and have been without a washer and dryer since 3/7. Absolute disgrace. You can’t even call to speak to someone in the store. I will never be purchasing from this place again.

You need to talk to the digital and audio sales specialist Carlos if you’re looking for a camera.
