Went in store on 1/10/26 I purchased an IPad A16 and a IPad pro 13 inch m5. Went home and saw the product $70 cheaper at Walmart online, I went to the store 01/11/26 to get the price match and to remove the apple care that includes theft for the on that doesn't include theft. Was being helped by an associate named Sandy, she was rude and unprofessional when it came to answering my questions about the price match and gave me attitude when I mentioned that I wanted to get the apple care without theft. I was so disappointed in the way I was treated by Sandy that I told her I had the unopened Ipad pro in the car and I would go get it to get the help I needed. Her attitude was horrible so I told her that I would just rather return the Ipad, get a full refund and take my money elsewhere. That didn't bother her one bit. She just caused bestbuy $1,500 on a sale and for this location to lose a good paying repeat customer. Then she was informed me that the store did not have the cash that I was to get back even though I paid half cash and half debit. This location has been my go to since it opened, sad to see an employee treat loyal customers this way.

Muy mala experiencia. Atención al cliente pésima, cero interés en ayudar y actitud grosera. Perdí tiempo y no resolvieron nada. No recomiendo esta tienda para nada:(
Very bad experience. Terrible customer service, no interest in helping, and a rude attitude. I wasted my time and nothing was resolved. I do not recommend this store at all
