I went as a ssuggetion from an agent at Samsung store online because I wanted to purchase a S25 Ultra. Once at the store, the price was different as the one offered by the Samsung agent. I ask to talk to the supervisor, and he just told me "that is the price", not very nice. According to the Samsung agent, that phone has a $400 discount, and since delivery time was too long, I could go to best buy and get it. No way! They entirely disregarded the price given by Samsung and told me that is was $1299. I ask him to do a match price, he said " I can't". What amuses me is the divorce between the actual manufacturer of Samsung phones and the re sellers, and the lack of optios to pleasea client that is about to spend 1000 dollars at your store. I ended up bying the phone online, with the discount, they will send it in two days due to the inconvenience and Best Buy lost a sell and a client.
