My pick up order was scheduled for today by an agent. I haven’t received my merchandise since last year. My pick order been preparing and still no notification for my order being ready. I’m taking my money and business elsewhere. Best Buy won’t be getting my money anymore. And all there agents from overseas can only say Sorry. Best Buy needs to do better
