Best Buy Hialeah

Worst customer service. Employees sit directly in front of the entrance without greeting you. No one was available for pickup order, while 3 other customers stood there waiting. I hate I had to yell for assistance with blue shirts just walking around freely.

Compre un televisor, fui a recogerlo, la persona que me atendió fue cero cortes, afortunadamente después me atendió Jorge que fue muy amable el tiene cinco estrellas en atención. El problema fue que al llegar a casa el televisor no encendido jajajajajajajajaja... de verdad no sé si esté tipo de experiencia en Best buy son para reír o llorar.

Michael C. at Best Buy in Hialeah deserves a huge shout-out! We regularly shop at this location for Pokémon ETB drops, and Michael does an outstanding job keeping everything organized and fair. These releases can get pretty hectic, but Michael makes sure the process is orderly and, most importantly, fair to everyone. He genuinely makes an effort to give customers, especially kids, a reasonable opportunity to purchase ETBs instead of allowing a few people to buy everything up. We specifically come back to this location because of the way Michael handles these releases. His organization, professionalism, and commitment to treating customers fairly really stand out.
