I have given this store two chances, and both experiences have been extremely disappointing. Most recently, I ordered a pair of Google Pixel Buds. I waited all day after receiving an update that they were out for delivery, only to have the delivery suddenly canceled with no explanation. When I contacted customer service the next day, I was told the order had been damaged during delivery. That explanation doesn't make much sense considering the item never appeared to leave the store. Instead of resolving the issue, I was told to wait several days for a refund and then place a new order myself. Unfortunately, this isn't my first bad experience with this location. On a previous visit, I purchased a pair of headphones that never worked. Despite charging them fully, I was never able to power them on or connect them to my phone. At this point, I've lost confidence in Best Buy's ability to provide a reliable shopping experience. Both of these situations seem like issues that could have been prevented with better quality control and communication. Moving forward, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
