Placed an online order for sonos arc ultra, sub4, 2 era 300, and 65 inch Samsung R85H RGB tv with delivery and install. It was scheduled 2 weeks in advance and confirmed same day of scheduled appointment with a estimated time window of 1 pm to 5 pm. I received a call from bestbuy at 2:18pm the day of delivery to reschedule. I lost a full day of work waiting for this appointment. Manager didn't even apologize to me directly for my massive waste of time. Needless to say I canceled my entire order $5200.
