En esta localización, me hicieron delivery cuando me llegó me llegó quebrada de la pantalla, regresé a la tienda para cambiarla y no me la quisieron cambiar, me pusieron excusa que mal servicio no compren en esta localización al Personal, no sirve nada profesional
Hello, my name is Carla Quintanilla. I bought a 65-inch Samsung TV from this location. When it arrived, the screen was cracked. I went back to the store to exchange it, but they refused. They gave me excuses about the poor service. Don't buy from this location; the staff is completely unprofessional service

I don’t usually write reviews but I was so offended by the way a manager treated me and my wife on our recent visit to the Hialeah Best Buy. The gentleman who was helping us was very professional and polite but when we went to pay for our 2 iPads he had to contact a manager to complete our price match. First the manager said he was too busy to come out then when he finally showed up he was rude and dismissive. He then said he could only price match one item so I looked up the Best Buy policy and nowhere does it say only one item. He then said he was the manager and it was at his discretion who gets a price match. Clearly on a power trip I advised him I would be contacting the customer service line and reporting his behavior when he started laughing and walked away without finishing our conversation. Later the other employee told me he was wearing someone else’s name tag and that’s why he spoke to us the way he did. His real name is PETER and he has no idea how to treat customers and apparently even other employees didn’t have anything nice to say about him. My advice is treat your job, customers and others employees with respect. Get off your high horse. You are just a Best Buy employee.
