Just want to say this best buy is trash when it comes to customer service. I wanted to buy a apple watch. Walked to the apple section and waited no one came or even acknowledged me. walked to the front told the guy what I was there for he put me on a list. told me to go to the Microsoft area and waited for my name to be called. it never was called. There were at least 4 best buy employees helping one person. I had to wait to even be recognized. There was no, 'we will be with you in a minute sir', 'hold on' or anything just avoided eye contact. This store is bullshit. Then .. I wish I took his name but he gave me some bullshit excuse, but in short clearly 4 employees do not need to help one person. TT finally helped me.

WORST experience with this group of incompetent employees!
Slow, unprofessional and inexperienced. I purchased an open box fridge $1,500 and these inept people couldn’t even bubble wrap properly, made me wait 40 minutes when I went to pickup 2 days later and even had the audacity to tell me I should have not bought an open box when I asked why the shoddy job! Maybe Do Your job thick skull!
