A nightmare experience at the Hialeah store
Our experience at the Best Buy store in Hialeah was an absolute nightmare. We went to buy several microphones for an urgent production, but they didn’t have the quantity we needed. The Pembroke store did have them, and the staff there were much more willing to help. They explained that we could pay at Hialeah and have someone else pick them up at Pembroke.
But in Hialeah, the cashier never informed us that we needed to authorize the other person to pick them up. He only said it would take about an hour to deliver them. How do you leave out such a crucial step like the authorization?
Then we tried calling, and that was just as frustrating — the first person hung up on us, and the second one told us we had to go back in person to the Hialeah store to give authorization. Seriously?
Because of all this, we decided to cancel the order about an hour and a half later. And to top it off, after being passed from one employee to another, we were told we couldn’t cancel over the phone and had to wait another hour. What kind of customer service is this? Total disrespect.
