Good service and a wide variety. But some prices are still cheaper on Amazon. In my case, I bought a new phone and they didn't have the right case. The ones they did have were very expensive.

Este Best Buy tiene a Omar, un Vendedor que nos antendio con tanta amabilidad y dedicación que no dudariamos en volver a elegir esa sucursal. Nos asesoró, nos instruyó. Sabe muchiiiiiiisimo sobre los productos que vende y nos dio tips para saber optimizar su uso. Además consiguió que se nos otorgaran grandes descuentos. Vayan y pregunten por Omar.

My phone broke and went to this store since we have purchased the insurance there. Did the line and waited about 20 minutes to talk to one of the "geeks." This guy was so entitled that once he finished serving a kid with a laptop he went to the back and stayed there for other 15 minutes until it was my turn. My phone broke and I had the phone exchange covered, the my best buy total offers the free service to set up your new phone and it's also written as ad on the counter yet this dude denied that service stating that it's only offered for laptops, even though that statement was not written in that ad. When I asked him to show me where it says that he tried to deny it and said it was just for apple and not Samsung phones. He was BURNING TIME the entire interaction...All of this process took about other 30 minutes he then went to an office where he stayed about 15-20 minutes more and came back with maybe his supervisor who said they will help set up the phone but it'd take them 4 hours therefore I'll have to pick up my phone the next day. All of this already took 2 hours of my time and they were pushing towards not servicing bc they simply did not want to. Mind you when we purchased that protection plan this was one of the pitch that sold us since we know nothing about phone set up etc. I think his name.is Mathew and he since the first moment had this nagging face and attitude as if we were dealing with a celebrity that has so much more to do other than his job. The next day I went to dadeland mall and had that service done in less than one hour, from buying the new phone to setting it up and backing it up. Not only that but the guy that helped me OFFERED to do the back up and mentioned it was THEIR JOB....!
