I dropped my MacBook off on Friday morning. This morning I got an email at 1am and a text message at 8am stating my device was ready to pick up. I drove an hour and 40 mins to pick up my MacBook only to be told it’s not in the store. GeekSquad tried telling me it was for the usb drive. I informed them the email stated my laptop. Then the manager tried telling me they called me this morning and they spoke with someone so I just have another email on file. Not true! When I asked for proof, he came back saying I was right the last call I received was on Friday telling me to ignore the message because it was regarding my usb drive. Nothing but an apology and informing me my laptop is in TN. I’m a total tech member and purchased all my electronic needs here. I’m seriously considering cancelling and no longer doing service with Best Buy. I already had to pay $100 for a service that I thought was included in my membership. Wasted gas and time!!!

The items behind the counter (associates only area) were all over the placed and not placed/priced correctly. Why is it hard to upkeep such a small area correct?
On the plus side, the store was clean. I'd still visit this store.
