Best Buy Saint Johns

I’m new to the state and needed a tv for my house. I found someone willing to help me get the tv transported to my house. I put their information in for pickup. It states online that when you order it should be ready in a hour. I ordered right before 6pm. The generous person who was helping me out arrived and was told the tv was not ready yet so waited in the car. The time for closing was coming up fast so they check again as it had been well over a hour since ordering. They told him that it still wasn’t ready. I call the store and it takes a while to get anyone. Finally I get someone and explain the situation and ask what is going on as I feel really bad that someone that is doing me a favor has been waiting for so long. She tells me it says it’s scheduled and should be ready for pick up. I ask her “so it ready?” and she says yes but to look for an email confirming it’s ready . Then I explain that the worker that’s talking to the person doing me a favor said it’s not ready. She tells me that it shows online it is but she is just customer support. I tell her that I called the store number so I’m confused how I got customer support and ask how can I reach the store. She tells me that I would just call the same number again tomorrow for the store… At this point the store is closed. I check my phone to see a text from the individual doing me the favor and he states they said it’s on a wait because of potential fraud. So I ask the girl on the phone for her manager. Her manager looks at my order and tells me that the store lied and that there is no hold for fraud and that I should be able to pick up tomorrow. All around a mess. Would not recommend this Best Buy.

I've been shopping at this Best Buy location for quite some time. However, what prompts my review today is the exceptional customer service we received from Marc. Marc went above and beyond to help us with a trade-in towards a new iPad and even price matched a previous purchase of mine. Even when we ran into trouble restoring important applications that took longer than expected, Marc was patient and stayed with us until everything was satisfactory. Last year, Marc had also helped me when shopping for a MacBook which was also a great experience. This is by far the best customer service I have ever witnessed at a Best Buy!

Great prices, great selection & A++ customer service! I really appreciate the clearance and open-box sections.
