Super easy and professional curbside pickup! Made for the easiest part of my day picking up @ 7:30 pm at the Gate Parkway location. Traffic was minimal, it was the best time to go to Best Buy.

Did an online order of a TV and the experience was FAR better than the last time (about 3 years ago) when we did the same the same. Staff was friendly and helped us load the 65"TV. Process was fast and the longest part was waiting for the phone to load the darn barcode.

I stopped by yesterday looking for a travel monitor for my laptop to use while working, and I had an outstanding experience. The sales associate was super helpful without being pushy, she knew exactly what I was looking for and walked me right over to the options. She even took the time to explain the differences between the AOC and Lenovo models, which I really appreciated. I ended up purchasing the AOC monitor for $109. The checkout process was smooth, and the gentleman at the register was friendly and professional. So far, I’m very happy with my purchase, no issues at all. Great customer service and a smooth shopping experience!
