I always loved going to BestBuy as a kid but now I understand why most retail stores are closing. After finding everything I needed in the store I headed to the last thing I needed that I knew would be locked in a case. Waited over 20 minutes and asked two different associates for help but was ignored. How is a store that specializes in tech not able to have electronic case keys, and customer service pagers on the cases?! Instead of buying a $200 drone I wasted over 20 minutes of time and left highly annoyed. Will not waste my time here again.
Good deals going on during Black Friday but one that was posted on device they tried to charge $10 more than what sign said. Didn’t edit sign or price so was a set up. Wonder how many others missed the price at register being different. SMH
Went to Best Buy 4906 Town Center Pkwy Ste 200, Jacksonville, FL 32246 on Thursday the 21st around 3pm to purchase 2 AirPods Pro. The person who helped me in the cashier held me for about 15 minutes just to tell me I couldn’t do the purchase because I did not have my card with me even thought I am an authorized user… I told her I have always made purchases without my card in other stores with no issues…. Later she called the manager to help me… The “manager” did not help at all, did not even look at the screen and merely told me I could not make the purchase and needed to come back later… When I left the store, I got notification that the cashier had signed me up for a stupid credit card without my consent… I managed to have this fraudulent application canceled by citi and removed from my credit file…I ended up buying the products through Amazon. Worst experience. Your employees at this store should do better. Great way to lose customers and close stores. Shitty manager.
