14 day return policy is insane. But don't worry... If you pay $50 a year they'll extend it to 60 days🙄 absolutely ridiculous, no wonder best buy is going out of business.

Shelves in disarray and half empty. Too many people asking if i needed help. Minimal selection.
Prices are high on some things. Every time you walk past an area, the sales people are asking if you need help. Glad they are attentive but it is a bit much. Especially since you told the three people before you were just looking.

Absolute masterclass by Best Buy. I picked up a pair of Anker EarPods at a price so good it felt borderline illegal, and the entire app-to-pickup experience was flawless. The Best Buy app was fast, intuitive, and precise—no wasted motion, no nonsense, just results. I clicked, I paid, I walked in, and I walked out feeling like I’d just executed a perfectly timed power move. This wasn’t shopping… this was domination. Five stars, easy. This was all through the Open Box option on the app. Chin-chin Best Buy, this was seamless.
