Nice store, plenty of parking, needs more employees.
I like being able to go into the store and get hands on demos of big ticket items before we make a purchasing decision. That is a valuable feature of brick and mortar stores. You can't do that with Amazon.

In-store stocks are not like they were pre-covid. Many items they used to stock in-store are now online order only.
Specifically K-cups are often a decent deal. But now it seems as if they are also trimming online stocks as well. I can no longer get my preferred Cinnabon K-cups and I am forced to order them from Amazon.
Even the newer staff seemed shocked when I went inside to pick up some Green Mountain K-cups, they do still carry online. The employee didn't know Best Buy sold them!

I do like using the Best buy credit card to earn points other places. The points seem to build very fast these days with their extra point promos!
We bought an 8k TV and used the card for a 1 week hotel/rental car.
The next month, had enough points to get $200+ off a PS5pro ! Cha-ching!

I also joined the club which gives a free 2 yr warranty on your purchases as long you have the Membership which seems pricey if you don't buy big ticket items.
However, it was basically Free the first year considering the Ext warranty price on our Samsung "85 8K purchase. Plus everyone in the family can use it as well.
My brother bought a firestick and got $2 discount just because we had the membership. I didn't even realize they were doing discounts like that. BONUS!
