A bunch of rude employees who don’t care about their customers. I bought a 2-pack 20W Charger Kit labeled as ‘open box in excellent condition,’ but when I got home and opened it, I only found two cables – the chargers were missing. I had to drive back to the store, and while the customer service representative refunded me, they said, ‘I’m not saying you’re the one who took it, but I will refund it.’ I asked to meet the store manager, but another employee told me, ‘That always happens.’ What a shame. I will not trust Best Buy anymore.”

Best Buy sold me a laptop that was defective in 1 month, and 2 days, and they refuse to replace it. Terrible Customer Service. Purchased a Dell Inspiron: within a month the mother board is bad and they directed me to the manufacturer to get fixed, which will take weeks at best. Zero help. Last time I ever buy from BB or Dell. Waste of time and money. Update: Best buy reached out to me and asked me to provide info on Instagram Messaging: after what was clearly them trying to find the name of local store rep to blame, they told me that while I purchased the Dell Inspiron Laptop on 12 Dec, as of today 16 December they cannot help me. The motherboard was defective, but]\it's my problem. I paid BestBuy 800 for a paperweight essentially. And as far as Dell? the motherboard is not available locally so the time to get this fixed is estimated and 1 Month or more. If you expect customer service at Best Buy, DO NOT EXPECT TO GET IT.
