I was picking up and in-store pickup and the young man helping me, didn't look like he wanted to be there. He asked for the email to scan code and just handed me the smart watch. I had to ask for a bag so I didn't look like I stole it as I was leaving.

I came in looking for some workout headphones. After selecting the brand The Best Buy rep sold me some dirty used headphones. This was very odd as you could tell that the headphones were used.

Sam is one of the people that always helped me out. At this location, I bought an iPad in the computer multiple times to this store. And he is very helpful. They have a lot of answers for a lot of questions, very smart, intelligent staff quick to work with, get you the best deal ever. Also, help you load it into the vehicle. Be sure to ask for sam
