Good selection of products but, associates are not the best at offering assistance. I was browsing the laptop area, where there were 4 associates having a conversation. I was hovering for about 15 minutes, expecting one of them to notice and offer assistance as I had questions. When I got the hint that they were not willing to engage, I walked off to view the televisions as this was something else I was there to purchase. No one offer assistance there either. I was there with my cousin, who had an interest in the VR systems. She had to chase down someone, and then had to wait for the specialist to make her way over. Fir the amount of employees working and standing around having conversations with each other, I would have expected more assistance. I would, however, recommend this location for employment for anyone seeking a job that pays it's employees to stand around and chat with no interest in actual customer service.
