I accidentally ordered the wrong printer online and had a bit of a panic moment when I arrived to pick it up. Nicole at the pickup counter was incredibly calm, kind, and patient while helping me figure everything out. She made me feel so much better instead of making me feel embarrassed.
Lawrence, the manager, also came over to answer my questions about the special inkjet transfer paper I plan to use for fabric printing. He took the time to verify that the Epson EcoTank ET-2800 would work with it and explained everything clearly.
Because of Nicole and Lawrence’s kindness and excellent customer service, I actually left feeling happier and more confident than I think I would have if everything had gone according to plan. They turned what started as a stressful moment into a really positive experience. Thank you both!

Just purchased (1 week ago) a new 85 inch Sony Bravia 7 RGB TV from the Best Buy at St John's Town Center location. It's over 100 mile trek for us, but it proved to be a good decision. As far as the product, it is the best purchase in a TV we've ever had. The picture quality is off the chart with this one. "WOW" seems to be the best way everyone that has seen it, describes it. I have a few neighbors scratching their heads about buying one now. The real story here is the customer service. JB, the store manager is who we started talking to when we first went in. He really rolled out the red carpet for us, as I'm sure he does for anyone. It's easy to find bad customer service in this day and time. What we received was just the opposite. Exceptional and outstanding is the best way to explain our experience. One big shout out to JB and Kyle for a truly great buying event! We've always had good customer service at any best buy (Savannah mainly) but these guys took home the blue ribbon this time. Guys thanks so much! John & Tracie T
