Had to go to two different stores today and didn't find what I was looking for, however, at both locations the young ladies that were greeting everyone were both, absolutely both of them were spectacularly helpful and couldn't have been more pleasant, and I'll be back just because of them, my item will be in the end of the week, but outstanding customer service and concern,,

Me and my wife came in here to buy a controller and look at some other stuff, but we basically were rushed out of the store. I know we have tattoos( profiled). That’s is no reason to judge people because of their tattoos. Wasn’t even able to do a little bit of window shopping due to being bombarded by every single person in the store. I’ve been doing business with Best Buy for years now. I will definitely never be back to this location.
I am a business owner in Saint Augustin. Definitely no trashy person and do not deserve to be treated that way.

Frank and Armand made my experience super fast and easy. I’m not the most computer savvy, but those guys are. I will recommend this location based on customer service and knowledge of store. Thanks guys for making my visit 5 minutes instead of 30.
