Bought Samsung tv and speakers $8300 April 2025 with new Best Buy credit card from “4906 Town Center Pkwy Ste 200, Jacksonville, FL 32246”. The Best Buy sells person told me that I will get rewards 15% if I paid this whole amount first time and I can use this reward any time. I paid that whole amount first month after I bought. This April 2026 I go best buy to buy laptop for my daughter then they say my reward is expired. Call Best Buy customer service and they answer they can’t help me. Scam Best Buy. They cheat with customer.
