I don’t usually leave reviews but my experience here has been great. AJ was really helpful in trying to find an item that had only one item in stock. Right when we were going to buy another item instead he found us and brought the one I wanted. Saved my day he is exceptional.

I accidentally ordered the wrong printer online and had a bit of a panic moment when I arrived to pick it up. Nicole at the pickup counter was incredibly calm, kind, and patient while helping me figure everything out. She made me feel so much better instead of making me feel embarrassed.
Lawrence, the manager, also came over to answer my questions about the special inkjet transfer paper I plan to use for fabric printing. He took the time to verify that the Epson EcoTank ET-2800 would work with it and explained everything clearly.
Because of Nicole and Lawrence’s kindness and excellent customer service, I actually left feeling happier and more confident than I think I would have if everything had gone according to plan. They turned what started as a stressful moment into a really positive experience. Thank you both!
