2 Deliveries "Fulfilled by Best Buy" by "Roadie, Inc" were not delivered, they would not send photo confirmations, and would not refund my purchase.
NOT DELIVERED ! Terrible experience ! LOST ALL MONEY !

Best buy literally just stole almost $3000 from me. I ordered a 98in Samsung TV, they took my money and now will not deliver my TV. It's been over 11 days since it was supposed to be here and nothing. When I spoke to a supervisor today and explained to him that due to the amount it's felony theft. His response was to hang up on me and then block my number. Not only will I be reporting fraud with my bank, but I'm also pursuing legal action against Best Buy and the 3rd party delivery service. This is the most unprofessional experience I've ever had with a business. They processed my payment immediately and then will NOT deliver my merchandise. This is pure madness.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM BEST BUY!!!!
