Geek Squad damage my phone and lied about it. Went to have my battery replaced, when picking it up they lied saying they couldnt replace the battery due potential hazards. Had to go to the apple store, they were shocked Best Buy did not replace that battery and came up with an excuse like that. At apple they explained to me that in reality geek squad damaged my phone when doing the repair. I had to spend $800 in a new phone. Plus they make you sign a doc saying they can use cheap/aftermarket components for your phone, plus they are not responsible. Very ethical way to do business. Next time, go straight to apple!
