I really want to say THANK YOU to Aaron the store manager. We bought a dresser from their marketplace and wasn’t satisfied, so we returned it.
I called Best Buy customer service on my lunch break and the lady told me, we could bring it back as is (80% assembled), just make sure to bring any extra pieces and original packaging.
This is not the correct answer. Best Buy cannot accept and repackage a return if bought from marketplace.
Aaron, helped my husband take it apart (think ikea product), he helped us configure the parts in the box and 45 minutes later, Aaron gave us our refund.
I am beyond thankful for Aaron and just wanted Best Buy to know what a huge asset he is to their store. He truly went above and beyond. I hope they see this.
Thank you Aaron for turning an escalated situation into a better customer service experience.
