I cannot tell you how frustrating it is to be a tech in the audio field and have zero help or base knowledge from the employees I speak with in best buy stores lately. Asked the employee where a device capable of achieving what I had desired was after I had looked in 3 places and they were not any help. Had no idea what Bluetooth codecs are or what a dac is. Shameful. I walk 4 feet down the isle I asked them about this device and there it is sitting on the shelf for 70$. But they made no attempt to sell it. Best buy is not a place for nerds anymore. The only thing best buy is worth is finding open box returns.

The kid had zero sales skills and makes it very awkward trying to shop. I'll just go online, it's more informative and accurate anyway.
