Well one of the best reasons I love best buy is thier Tech support. The geek squad is one the best tech support for all of your needs. I am a loyal member have a yearly membership and when I have a problem with tech issues they will fix it. Recommended to make a appointment prior to coming in because they stay pretty busy. Love this about best buy. These guys really know thier craft and I'm just learning what questions to ask to correctly fix my problems either at the store level or from home my membership offers me quality and I feel that it is worth the reasonable yearly price . Please best buy keep up the good work. Thanks Carson 😊

I don’t usually leave reviews but my experience here has been great. AJ was really helpful in trying to find an item that had only one item in stock. Right when we were going to buy another item instead he found us and brought the one I wanted. Saved my day he is exceptional.
