So disappointed!!
I damaged my iphone one day before the new iphone was released and the salesman at Best Buy (who was awesome) said all the old phones will go on sale and that I should keep a close eye and when I see a deal to bring my receipt it for a price adjustment. However I had to do it within 14 days. I run a small business and work my ass off and sometimes there just isn’t enough time in the day to in to the store. So today I had the time but it had been 17 days. I was crossing my fingers they would help me out. NOPE!! The manager was called up and she dismissed me as though I was a thief. No mercy, they do not care. This is clearly not a company that cares about people. Just one more reason to shop somewhere else.
