Got an Apple laptop Aubrey went above in beyond at check out was very nice highly recommend this location. Apple advisor was very knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect laptop didn’t make me feel rushed or pressured it was a smooth process all together.

Great location with great service! I have been to Best Buy multiple times in the past few weeks to replace a fridge, get a new TV, and other things. Andy in Appliances really helped out my family in picking a new fridge — Samsung Bespoke with French doors. We had our eye on it and a couple other similar models so he thoroughly walked us through the features and triple-checked the delivery times for each. During check-out, he reviewed every single detail and made sure we were happy with everything. Took only 4 days of waiting and the installation today was seamless; they were super professional and left behind our old hose instead of taking it to recycle since it was still in good condition and could be reused for our outdoor kitchen. Likewise, I believe it was Chris (I don’t remember his name but he’s the Sony rep) in TV/Sound that helped my dad out with his new TV purchase. We went with his recommendation of Sony TV (a brand we’re a fan of) that was available for an amazing deal for Plus members. Again, he walked us through all the features and a couple other models; he made sure we were happy with our selection, but also detailed the warranty and return policies in case the TV didn’t work out. We’ve enjoyed it thus far — the color quality and image upscaling is impeccable. I’ll definitely be returning to his Best Buy location in Orange Park for future appliance and tech needs.

I recently had a very frustrating experience with this company, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. First and foremost, the customer service was abysmal. When I reached out for assistance, the representatives were unhelpful and dismissive, making me feel like my concerns were not valued. It was incredibly frustrating to deal with such a lack of professionalism. The return policy is overly restrictive and feels designed to benefit the company rather than the customer. I encountered numerous hurdles when trying to return a product, and the outrageous restock fees only added insult to injury. It’s hard to believe that a company would charge such high fees for returning items, especially when the product didn’t meet my expectations. Additionally, I faced significant issues with delivery and installation. Not only was the delivery delayed, but the installation process was riddled with problems. It was a hassle that I did not anticipate when making my purchase. To make matters worse, I had trouble obtaining a refund. The process was convoluted, and I was left waiting far too long for a resolution. It’s unacceptable for a company to treat its customers this way. Lastly, I was taken aback by the amount of unnecessary personal information required to complete my purchase. It felt invasive and made me uncomfortable. Overall, my experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service and fair policies. There are plenty of other companies out there that value their customers and provide a much better experience.
