I’m very surprised by the terrible service I received from the manager here @ this Best Buy. He’s very unprofessional and doesn’t have any service skills. When I purchase an item. I expect Best Buy to stand by the product they sell. Not have the manager argue with me and not find a solution to the problem. Terrible leadership skills here @ this location Store Management Team!
I really liked the geek squad guy Mike. I attempted to build my first PC. I had a friend helping me via the phone but we got to a point where it did not come together. I took it to Best buy and Mike helped me complete setup (incorrect wiring and needed cleaning) and even added a operating system. I think the price of everything I had done was a hundred and something. But I got the year long geek squad protection and I think that was really what brought the value for me. He suggested installed an M2 for my additional memory needs. Excellent folks at the geek squad here!
Came in and was able to make my exchange fairly quick. I just wish there were more employees in the store. I took a couple of minutes till i could find some help while i was in the headphone section. But when i did get help, a young gentleman assisted me really quick
Within minutes after arriving at the Store, a knowledgeable associate helped me with Selecting a Laptop Computer based on my specific needs .
Helpful, Friendly, knowledgeable.
In & out in minutes with my completed purchase in Hand.
Corporate should pay Attention. This is a Great Example how a Store should operate.
