I went to best buy orange park and not in there website expecting I will have a good experience. I approach the desk and ask if somebody can help me about the remote start I am planning to purchase. The guy in the desk told me to wait in the car department area and he will call somebody and I said ok. After around 15 mins nobody came and I went back to the guy in the desk and ask again if somebody can assist me he kindly told me that he already call somebody and it is on the way. So I waited again for maybe 15 mins and still nobody show's up. I see some people wearing blue shirt that is not assisting anybody and ask if anyone can assist me told me that she will call somebody that can help me so I waited another maybe another 10 mins. So I decided to go back again to the desk and complain thats the time I meet Chris if I remember his name right.He is an excellent associate he help me a lot on figuring out what I basically need for my car. But for the rest of the team I give them 0 for costumer service this is one of the reasons why people now go online and dont go to a physical store anymore the experience is horrible. I like going to the store because I want to see the product first before purchasing and I feel I'am helping them also keeping there job, because if all the people
just go online why we need a physical store anymore right? The customer service honestly is the worst. When you need help you don't get it which is weird when you have the employees over in the computer section talking while you need help. The cherry on the top was a short gentlemen with a short goat tee didn't catch his name told a customer he couldn't help him cause he was trying to return something but didn't have the receipt and walked away with a smug ass look and didn't even ask if he had an account. Honestly if you want better service go to the ones on Southside

Waited 35 minutes for floor to come to unlock the cabinet for some ram. They called someone twice to come to unlock it. I also went to customer service and still had to wait 15 minutes before I flagged someone down. Got to checkout and I asked why there was such a delay, and the person told me it was because the high theft rate. But that doesn't explain why it took 35 mins from my first interaction for me to check out.
