Came in to try to get our screen protectors replaced but when we went in both geek squad and mobile assistant and they told us they didnt have time to do that. Meanwhile there were 4 employees just standing around chatting. Terrible service

Return an item that didn't work out without any problems
Had a little issue with a purchase that needed attention, in which a manager was requested. Eventhough the 888 customer service wasn't much help the store manager Matthew jumped right on it and took care of my issue. This could be a looong comment but, Matthew made it easy for me to just say Thank you for putting a loyal customer 1st!!! Everyone that I dealt with in the appliances department was very helpful and professional...
