I personally have been a costumer for 20yrs. That being said I never had a bad experience, I’ve always had great customer service, especially with Total Tech service and support. They carry the quality products I like to be able to look at the multiple brands products.
I actually like best buy but if you have any questions about a product, best is you do your research first. I called best buy and spoke with a customer service representative, I asked him if they have a adapter that works for a 5volt 2.5 watt. The representative looked in the computer and stated that they have only one. I went there to ask about getting a 5volt 2.5 watt adapter and I found a universal adapter but it didn't explain anything except that it was 5 volt. I asked a staff member if this would work and he spent 5 minutes searching google. I told the guy that I spoke to a best buy rep on the phone and he said that they don't know anything all they do is get you to go to the store. I even asked a person at the geek squad but they didn't know anything either.
I love best buy they have i lot things to buy 😁💪
