Looks like the place is going out of business.  Short handed and removed all cashiers. You have to stand in the customer service line.
Took 20 min to check out.
I visited this Best Buy on October 29, 2025, around 3:30 PM, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I had a few simple questions about a Wi-Fi issue, but during the 10 minutes I was in the store, no one approached or acknowledged me. While a few employees were assisting customers, several others appeared to be idle and chatting among themselves.
As someone who was not feeling well and just needed some quick guidance, I left without receiving any help. I value good customer service, and this visit did not meet that standard. I’ll be visiting another location in the future where I hope to find more attentive and helpful staff.
