Purchased new LG tv. Sales rep was very helpful and well informed. Very happy with purchase.
The cell phone techs are knowledgeable and very pleasant. My visit with questions were answered with confidence and the personalities were mixed with humor and honesty. I'm a 76 year old female and when I left I felt empowered by your tech team. Cheers to such a great team. I only interacted with 2 of your Best Techs but it was a very good experience! Especially your only AT&T cell phone Tech...You GO!
Update: To be clear, this is a grievance with corporate. The staff at this store is always professional, helpful and great to work with.
Made a couple purchases on Nov. 10th that resulted in getting $350 in gift certificates. Never realized they had a very short shelf life and are expiring Jan. 24th. Good thing I checked.
Funny how Best Buy can send me endless promo emails but cannot send a reminder about the pending credit.

When rewards certificates are received there is a breakdown of the expiration date for each certificate that is normally emailed.
