My experience at the store was great! Nobody left me waiting, no lines for checkout, super friendly. Wanted to leave feedback on the website, but hit this hilarious brick wall. lol
Great Service. Went in for a mac book n came out with a mac book. Thanks to Aubrey Bryant. Walked me through the whole process and helped me with my purchase the whole process. Was 100% focused on me the customer and gave 100% customer service. Greatly Appreciated. Thanks Best Buy.
We wanted a specific item. Went in spoke to an employee and within 20 minutes out the door we went. Great easy experience

I went into the store one late afternoon around five o'clock to purchase a cell phone for my mother. The guy at the calendar was helping another couple. He looked over at me three or four different times. As soon as he was done with them, he looked at me.And then walked away. I stood there for 30 minutes asking the occasional passing by employee that I need help. At that time of the evening there was more employee's in the store than there was customers.. They apologize to me several times but honestly, it didn't mean anything. I had to buy the cell phone in the box and set it up myself because they either didn't want to do it or didn't know how to do it. But from my experience with best buy at different stores.In jacksonville, customer services at the bottom of their list
