Five star customer service here. This is one of the best locations that I've ever been to mainly because of Ammon. He was very knowledgeable about the product that I was buying and he made made the entire process very easy. This was a very important purchase that I have been waiting two and a half years for and let me tell you I got the right guy and the red carpet treatment. Ammon has a very good working knowledge of computers and he definitely knows how to talk to people. He did not waste my time and he was very friendly. I also enjoyed talking to him about my GPU because he gave me some tips and pointers that I didn't think about before that was really helpful. I am a video editor and a gamer and I started playing on Atari 2600, so to go over here today and get the GPU of my dreams and also get five star customer service really made my day. Thank you again Ammon for helping me and making everything easy, you did a great job and I really appreciate you.

I had a dashcam installed in my vehicle at this location about a year ago and the installation was quick and well done. Recently the dashcam had been unplugged from the fuse box by a shop so I came back to this location for assistance. I was greeted when I walked in the store and offered assistance, and pointed to where I needed to go. The guy working in the install area I believe his name was brandon took the time to fix the problem even though i came in around the time the install bays close and it was hot outside, and he was still friendly and helpful. hope he is being paid well.

Helpful and kind staff

They said they will deliver the TV at a time and date and they canceled the delivery date the day of the delivery after the last delivery time. This company needs to get their shit together. Not happy with this company
