Mobile instillation service rep was exceptional. Remote starter wasn’t working on my jeep. Did not buy it at Best Buy or even in the state of Florida and they helped me regardless and without an appointment. Did not try to up sell me, listened to what I had to say, explained the different components and was extremely respectful. They charged me $0.00 to fix but I will absolutely be bringing all my future business there. 1000/10, wish there were more stars.

I’ve visited twice—once to purchase a TV antenna and once to return it because it didn’t work in my home. Both times, the staff was extremely helpful and made the process quick and easy. Great customer service.
I ordered a laptop but chose pickup because I always enjoy walking around trying everything. It's disappointing when things aren't operable... which many were. We tried the home theater but nothing was connected correctly. There were some cool golf things but the video screen that would show us what they did wasn't reactive. There were plenty of staff standing around.... maybe that could be on the plan for the hour. If you aren't helping a customer, make sure the things in your department are working for customers to play with. That's the pull to physically go to the store vs. just buying online, afterall.
