Manager Matt is awesome. Had some trouble returning an item at the counter. Matt stepped in and solved the issue.

I ran into a minor issue with a purchase that required a manager's intervention. Although the corporate customer service line wasn't particularly helpful, the store manager, Matthew, stepped in immediately and resolved the problem. I truly appreciate his prompt and effective assistance!
I visited the store because my elderly grandmother urgently needed a restroom. At first, a staff member said there was a restroom. When I stepped outside to call my grandmother, he came after me and denied access, saying the restroom was only for customers who made a purchase. I did not mention any disability; however, even as an elderly person, the treatment was completely inappropriate. I ask to take action, as the staff misled me and failed to show basic respect toward an elderly customer.
