Very organized environment, there’s someone pretty much at every corner to assist. And since I’ve been going here there’s always someone at the entrance to greet you.
Geek Squad is the only helpful service in my opinion with this store. Best Buy as a whole… your employees don’t talk when you enter the store. They stare at you, talk amongst themselves, and follow you instead of asking if you need help. I’ll be finding somewhere else to shop. This isn’t the Best Buy it used to be. Walmart employees are alittle better than this. This is crazy and this store in particular… yall have officially lost my business 💯

Been going here for years never had an issue. Went recently and the lady who helped us was very nice and didn't walk away until we had what we needed.
