Trying to get washer repaired or replace. Have a warranty. This has been going on since October 28, 2025. The first appt. was cancelled by them without my knowledge, the second appt. Stated they came out but could not find the place and tried to call me but went to voicemail which I do not have but they had the wrong number which I gave them the number over and over again and changed it in the store. 3rd attempt… same excuse. I will no longer spend my money at Best Buy. This is the second washer in 2-3 yrs. Tried to speak with supervisor but was told they will tell me the same thing.

Best place to buy Electronics and whatever else you need
Looks like the place is going out of business. Short handed and removed all cashiers. You have to stand in the customer service line.
Took 20 min to check out.
I visited this Best Buy on October 29, 2025, around 3:30 PM, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I had a few simple questions about a Wi-Fi issue, but during the 10 minutes I was in the store, no one approached or acknowledged me. While a few employees were assisting customers, several others appeared to be idle and chatting among themselves.
As someone who was not feeling well and just needed some quick guidance, I left without receiving any help. I value good customer service, and this visit did not meet that standard. I’ll be visiting another location in the future where I hope to find more attentive and helpful staff.
