I purchased a 85 inch 2 years ago and its already acting up and best buy want do anything never again 🤷🏾🙄

I bought a laptop and after setting it up the port broke and it would not charge we only had used it about 24 hours took it back to the store I thought it would be exchanged it out no they had to send it out to be repaired it would take it 4 to 5 weeks. I believe ithe port was never properly sodered. I have never been so disappointed with Best Buy I bought 4 tv's from Best Buy and several thousands of dollars from them. I will have to definitely think twice about purchasing from them again.
