Sick of having to wait at customer service to make a simple purchase. It would be one thing if you were short staffed, but there are employees walking all over the store and the employee sitting on his seat by the door refused to call someone to work a register. It wasn't until there were more than just me complaining that he finally called someone up to work at a register. Then the employee walks over and says if you are making a purchase I'm opening the register. NOT, I will take the next customer in line. So the customers behind me tried to get over before me, because I'm disabled, walk with a cain and am slow.
I have spent thousands of dollars in that store, but I'm done!!!
Lost my business because no one wanted to work the checkout counter and they were making all of us stand in line at the customer service desk. So, while I was standing there I ordered the exact same item on Amazon for $30 less. See ya
Made an appointment for phone repair. Made the appointment earlier today over the phone with a real person for this evening when I get off work. Walked in for my appointment only to be told the cell phone repair guy called out sick. The person I spoke to tried to say Apple will not replace my device after I received notification from Apple themselves to drop it at Best Buy for a REPLACEMENT. Clearly they do not know what they’re doing nor do they respect their customers. If they had any respect for their customers they would have told me hours ago that they could not help me. They’ve known since before I scheduled my appointment that their educated repair employee was not there. Very disrespectful to blow smoke up asses. Will never go back. Worst 5 minutes I’ve experience in a long time and I’ve worked in customer service for 8 years. This is terrible.
This store is OK. The staff is generally friendly and knowledgeable about the items they stock. Unfortunately, it seems like they stock fewer and fewer items. Do yourself a favor and call ahead or check the store inventory online before you drive to the store.
