Unbelievably bad. I purchased a $2500 computer from them that came with a bad power port. Even though I purchased Geek Squad protection, they had ME purchase another power brick to see if it worked because they couldn't get one for some reason. That didn't help, so I brought it in for repair. It was crushed in transit, and no parts are available. They're refunding my money and shipping the remains back to the store, but I'm out for the upgrades I made to it, hours of time for setup, and weeks and weeks of being without it. Total incompetence. Order your things somewhere else. To top it off, it's going to be $4k to purchase a computer with equivalent power!
