Ordered tv online. Box was damaged When delivered. No problems exchanging it at store.

I took my iPad into this store in September to be fixed. When I picked up the iPad they gave me, it was registered to the hospital and it was locked. I returned the iPad they gave me and since then have been given the run around with this issue for two months now. I called Apple & they said that you all have not responded to their CRU team in regards to my case. I have not been able to reach anyone over the phone. I have came into the store three different times & spent almost 3 hours in there one day with no type of help. The customer service here is very horrible, they do not want to help. Nobody has contacted me in regards to my iPad & when asked about my original IPad, they said that it had been boxed up and was getting ready to be sent out. Over the course of these two months, I’ve had to drop out of my classes because I relied heavily on my iPad for class. I haven’t been able to get things done without my iPad & this whole thing has been horrible. The number that’s listed does not get you to an actual person nor does the extension they gave me on the cards work. I do not want to keep leaving voice messages & im not getting answered by anyone. This has been a frustrating experience and I will never bring any of my Apple products to this store ever again.

Just tried to return an unopened computer after a month. The manager Stephen Austin told me that he will need to take off $50 which will be used to purchase the "Plus membership"! I was very surprised. I have been a customer for 20+ years. Never has there been a problem with returns past the 2 week return window assuming the product was not opened. Customer service is what I have enjoyed and therefore was more liberal in my purchase choices with them. It seems like the Airlines they are trying to upcharge you for a longer return window. Needless to say I will look elsewhere first prior to making future purchase decision.

What drove us to this Best Buy was the absolutely horrific experience we encountered at Gainesville Best Buy. It was the type of experience that made us drive an hour and a half not to have to go through it again we had the pleasure of having Dean in the computer department he definitely gave us a full 180 for our experience at Gainesville. He spent a lot of time showing us all of the specs and breakdowns of the MacBook versus the Omni by HP incredibly knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile if ever there was a reason to go back to Best Buy. It would be our experience with Dean. We will make the hour and a half drive to visit this Best Buy just because of the customer service that they provide also, the Gainesville Best Buy failed To tell us about the membership program that gives us a better policy and exclusive member discounts. He was able to get us the membership deal that Gainesville neglected to tell us about as well thank you and we look forward to shopping at y’all‘s Best Buy We actually felt like our time was valuable here and our money was well spent
