This store is a mess, so disorganized. Inventory, particularly open box, is all over the place with tons of errors. Store pickup is incredibly slow, today I had to wait nearly 15 minutes for them just to bring my product to the front, and the order had already been delayed because they misplaced the product in the warehouse. The store is also very understaffed and some of the few staff members are unable to help outside their specific departments.

This Best Buy has the absolute worst customer service. Their employee's skip people in lines and help who they want to help. They do not acknowledge their customers. And when you ask them for help, they don't want to help, and they walk away as you walk up to them, then I tried to call to get the information I needed, and I was on hold for 30 minutes just to talk to a computer that didn't know what it was saying. And told me that I had to call back to talk to a customer service agent. Then, when I called back to try to talk to a customer service agent. It gave me endless prompts until I finally lost my mind and gave up this best Buy is an absolute joke. And should be shut down. Corporate Best Buy should re-examine this. If it is a franchise and educate the owner on how to run a Best Buy and teach its employees. What customer service is because they have none
