I come here a lot and today was the first day someone went out of their way to help me. I was sitting by the smart watches trying to Google which one would be best for me and Daniel Datta could see I was having trouble deciding. He came up to me without me even asking for help and informed me on all the watches he was full of knowledge and helped me decide on a watch I wasn't even looking at because I had no idea how good it was. I asked his name just to give him some credit he definitely saved me a lot of time today thank you.

One of the best sorted Best Buy’s I’ve been to. Very wide selection of products and showcases alongside big clearance section. Love to see and test tech products and compared to other locations this one has way more to see and test. Even with the many products everything was organized and there was many staff members ready to help or already helping customers. Great experience

My IPhone 15 face ID stopped working after a few months of just having the phone and I made an appointment with geek squad to look into it. They ran a diagnostic and told me my true depth sensors weren’t working. They ordered me a new part and I came back a couple days later for the installation. After the installation they told me it was still having the same problem and that they would reach out to apple. But when I took my phone back not only was my face ID still not working but now I can’t access my camera either. Seems they made my phone worse instead of fixing it. I am highly disappointed with the results.

Tem q pesquisar os preços antes de ir. Walmart estava com preços melhores. O preço na loja é diferente do app, mais eles cobrem o preço se o vendedor do app for a best buy.
