The overall order pickup experience was extremely poor.
The wait time was unacceptable, exceeding 15 minutes. I was standing at the pickup area, and though several associates walked past and even entered the pickup bay, they visibly ignored me. They would grab items and leave without acknowledging my presence or saying a single word. It genuinely felt like I was being deliberately overlooked.
I finally had to call the store's main phone number just to get someone to come to the pickup counter. When an associate finally arrived, the interaction was completely dry and unprofessional. Not a single word was exchanged. I showed my ID, and the transaction was completed in silence.
The entire experience felt incredibly cold and rude—it reminded me of the "Soup Nazi" episode from Seinfeld. Customer service was nonexistent. I suggest serious retraining for the staff handling in-store pickups.
