Will never preorder from Best Buy again. I put in an order with this store directly 3 weeks prior to the product launching and then I called the day before to confirm the order and check if I could pick it up a day early. I was advised I could not but was told it’d be available first thing tomorrow. I call the following morning and find out that was a lie and they won’t have the item I ordered 3 weeks ago in store for another week. I then contact the main customer service line and advise them of the situation and their first response was to try to sell me the item again but this time shipping. What an absolute joke.
