Avoid this store at all costs. Staff are useless—plenty around, but none can help you. Exchanges? A nightmare. They make you sign a $50 penalty if the box is opened, then force you into two endless lines with just one person working. This is not customer service; it’s customer punishment. Best Buy should be ashamed.
