I purchased a very expensive washer and dryer put it under warranty as I do all my products from Best Buy. I called to have my washer serviced few months ago no appointment was set. I recently called 2 weeks ago as well. The tech came order a part that’s needed to be installed today. Mind you the machine been sitting for months before they even came out. I asked for it to be replaced because it stopped in the middle of a wash cycle and mold and everything else been in it!!
Today the tech came and said he’s voiding my warranty and can’t repair my machine because bugs are in there!!!
I called consumer service number only to have a supervisor hung up on me and when I called back the rep stated that the supervisor put in the system to not schedule another call
Request for me. So now I can’t even ask for another supervisor to call me back. I wasn’t ev rude or talking loud when the supervisor hung up on me.
I paid so much many for my machine along with the warranty now I am out of both with no resolutions at all.

Beware of ordering thru BestBuy.com. Do not believe what the product specs says. They use third parties and when situations arrive neither Best Buy nor the third party accept any responsibility.
