Not happy at all. Went in to buy 3 tvs. Most of salesman were talking on phones or hanging out. When I finally got someone they could care less. I asked for 3 tvs LG with magic remotes. (Since they said they didn't have Panasonic ones. Found out next day they did. Which really set me off as I preferred Panasonic) He said ok. One box was damaged and was telling me it's fine but there was a hole. Had to raise my voice to get another one. They huffed cause they had to go in the back to grab another. So I paid all 3 tvs. (2) 55" and (1) 65" . Guys said they took care of me. Thought price was great. I get home and opened up the 55" and guess what. Basic remote. Not even the magic remote. Than look at box and realize it was the step down ua77 not the 70A. Feel like a bate and switch. Now have 2 TVs in boxed sealed and one I opened. I should have went elsewhere cause they couldn't be bothered with me and basically ignoring me. Aldo tried to convince me to keep a hole in box TV just so they wouldn't go in back. Than to top it off the ones I had were right but when they came back from back that's were switch happened not even paying attention. Cause they were trying to jam a replacement warranty on me.
I'm not happy . Really feel bait and switch and feel I was not valued as a customer. Have 2 more TVs to get and have no clue .
Will update if best buy takes me serious but so far they don't care and it's a shame as I been shopping there forever.
