Came to get my iPhone fixed under the Apple care insurance. They didn’t have my part so they ordered it, I paid the money to have it fixed and they said they would call me when the part came in. They called me a few days later and I scheduled the appt available. The only availability was at 3:20 pm during the week so I took it. I had to leave work early to make the appt to drive all the way down there for them to tell me they didn’t have a technician to fix it. Why they wouldn’t cancel the appt’s to avoid wasting my time is beyond me. Horribly run department and horrible service. Will never shop here again
