1 hour pick up REALLY means don't bother. Drive up there and just go into the store to grab. Call the store to see status you get off site call center. Last time they did this to me they said not only did I pick it up but they didn't have any more. Wouldn't you know it, walked back to display it's there so I buy it and refute the other charge.
