Looking for a replacement band for my Fitbit, I called Best Buy and they told me that they were actually in the store they wanted me to go ahead and purchase the Fitbit band before I got to the store, I wanted to get to the store to make sure it fit and the lady was like, well, somebody may do what online order and order it before you get there. So I opted not to buy it as I was on the way to the store. Once I got to the store the young man took me back there, he couldn't find it and was very little help at all, luckily I went to customer service and the young lady told me that Yes, if you call Best Buy customer service, they are not in the stores, so they don't know what we have as far as inventory. Luckily, she was able to go and actually find it. So she had to physically look for it because it wasn't where they said it was supposed to be, if it wasn't for her, this would literally be a one star event, but the fact that customer service, aside from the lady behind the counter was so poor that's why it has 2 stars.
