I have been very disappointed with the service at the Lady Lake store. Appointments are scheduled too closely to other appointments and the store is always behind with the schedule. Our latest experience we had asked for a factory reset on our Mac Desktop and instead they did an OS upgrade and told us the reason our Mac was running so slowly was because it was too old. Then the manager just casually says “its a tax free weekend just buy a new one”. Thanks genius if we could afford a new one we wouldn’t have come to you for service. We clearly could have been told from the initial appointment that the Mac was old and that it was a waist if our time to leave the Mac and have to make another appointment to pick it up in the same state that we dropped it off. I have since canceled my Geek Squad membership and will not recommend it to anyone.

I’ve been at Best Buy customer and credit card holder for years and was recently very disappointed with their refusal and resistance to honoring the magnolia protection plan. I purchased from them two years ago.
It’s been over a week since I returned the defective sound bar to the geek squad desk, where the manager is powerless to satisfy me or meet the terms of the magnolia agreement.

It was not so good the wait was stupid for as many employees walking around doing nothing. No one should ever wait like that. Maybe management should look closer on how to schedule employees.
