The Best Buy at Lady lake customer service is very bad. The people at the Geek desk need re-training. They look tired, overworked and are not friendly, they look like they hate their job so in exchange, they are rude to customers. I even heard 2 old ladies mentioning the same thing that I was experiencing. Just re-trained these people in how to treat customers and pls stop the rudeness to us clients.
I purchased a Samsung washer and dryer set with pedestals in October. They were delivered and the washer goes off balance. I chose a replacement set and they were to be delivered Friday 11/22. I received a text canceling the delivery with no explanation.
After a lot of time and FINALLY speaking to the store manager…. I still got no explanation and a rescheduled date of today 11/25 with a window of 11am-3pm for delivery.
It is now 5:30p. No delivery, no call, nothing.
I called customer service and was told to wait a couple more hours and if they do not show promptly reschedule.
BEST BUY just lost a very loyal customer. I have bought all of my appliances and TVs since they opened.
Customer service no longer exists and there are now many more choices in this area.
Very disappointed.

The delivery guys arrived at 8:30 ish. I paid extra to have the doors reversed. The delivery guy had the door off and said he was new with the company and did not know how to reverse the door. it would have to be rescheduled.
Also we were told that they had a double load with JB Hunt ….the third party delivery company Best Buy uses. The two employees struggled with my new Electrolux set… they left at after 10.
I am beyond done with Best Buy.

Walked in, picked up the featured TV we were looking for, went through the checkout lane, and in less than ten minutes, we were putting the TV in the back seat! That's my kind of tv shopping!
