I had a horrible experience here. I bought a computer that would not turn on. Then I came back to the store, 40 minute drive each direction both times. An hour and a half wasted in the car coming to Best Buy twice only to return the first computer and buy the same one, which also did not work. Fortunately, I did not leave the store before finding out that the second computer did not work and therefore saved myself from having to drive a third time. When we found a comparable one slightly more expensive, they refused to discount and did not have any concern for my time wasted. Very bad experience. Horrible product.

How old are the TV on Amazon and was told to pick it up at the Best Buy in Lady Lake and I went there and they didn't know what the hell they were doing it wasn't until a young man named Miguel came up and took charge and found my order number and found my TV and allowed me to take it home this young man needs a raise in pay

I just left this Best Buy LIVID. If you are at all concerned about the privacy and security of the files on your computer and being treated like you are a valued customer, do not go there. While my sales person was wonderful, his boss was an insulting punk who essentially called me stupid, rolled his eyes at me, showed clear annoyance and aggitation for my not making decisions that were against my wishes. I came in to buy a computer desktop. I had everything picked out and was going to have the Geeks Squad do the data transfer and was talked into purchasing the one year Geek Squad service. Yet, Best Buy does not allow the purchase to go through if you do not agree to an auto purchase of the annual service every year. I did not want agree to that. Because of my not agreeing to that Best Buy stipulation, the order had to be cancelled and this little punk manager had to be called to cancel the order - before he did he started to lecture me that it was stupid not to do the annual service to which I told him I didn't want it and in his clear agitation at my insistence that I was not buying that ($180 a year) he literally rolled his eyes at me - to which I told him to stop rolling his eyes. I felt like I was dealing with one of my disrespectful students and couldn't believe this guy was in sales and dealing in customer service. Next the sales person and I agreed to continue with the purchase yet with the Geek Squad simply doing the data transfer. He rung it up again and after the sale went through I had to sign documents to agree to things regarding the Geek Squad transfer. One of the items it wanted me to agree to is that they can keep my files on its server for 30 days. Why Best Buy needs to keep my files on its server for 30 days is beyond me, and why the files are even kept is beyond me - the whole goal is to transfer the customers files from one desktop to the other. My financial statements, accounts, etc. files are on there - what an invasion of privacy and to have the purchase completed BEFORE you are notified of this small inconsequential peice of information is also, beyond me. And to preface this, at the beginning interaction with the sales person I expressed my concern for the privacy of my files and wanted to know if I could bring my desktop in and have the files transferred while I was there. The answer was no, that you have to leave your desktop there and schedule a time to pick up. That was the final deal breaker for me. So little Mr. Obnoxious had to be called again who was clearly pissed off and stated he did not know that the files were kept 30 days, I insisted he cancel the order and when he was done he literally threw the cancellation reciept at me - I pushed the Geek Squad agreement document towards him and told him to read the 30 day file kept policy and then he told me he already knew it. Bottom line, after that experience, I will never step in a Best Buy again. Clearly Best Buy has a racket going and must be doing well insisting customers purchase what Best Buy wants them to purchase and keeping customer files much longer past the service the customer pays for - a data transfer - and why Best Buy does that, I don't know. But I'm certainly not playing their game.

You cannot speak to a person, no matter how much you insist to speak to a person at the location they canceled my order without me asking to cancel it and then I’m told the store manager won’t call back a customer. What kind of customer service is that?
