Found a great price on high end range From new in box to dented. Huge inventory. No warranty in general But if item had never been registered under warranty. And the item is open box . You might be able to warranty it . But I would call while you're there . Example I bought a BOSCH range. Open box . Was missing a manual. It had never been sold ( never registered for warranty ) Bosch did over the warranty . GE , WHIRLPOOL OR SAMSUNG COVER ? I DON'T KNOW That's why I suggest calling a manufacturer and see if it can be registered. Deliverery was quoted as $100. ( I just loaded it into my minivan) price is higher than a normal store for delivery .

Perfect service

I was trying to contact this locaion regarding a purchase I wanted to make today. I was told my customer service I would get a call back. Never got one. I called again and reached a Daphne in the main customer service line and was told they don't do call backs and that I should just go to the store and look at the item in person. I explained that they close at 6 and just needed to ask 1 question and was told to go there on a weekend day or other time they are open. I asked to speak to a supervisor ans was told they have none in the building but will have her's named Gabrielle call me back. how would this happen if they do'nt call back? The most awful attitude, and worse customer service I have ever experienced. Wish I could give 0 stars. Looks like Brandsmart is getting my business.
