I ordered a laptop from Best Buy.com The laptop (my first) was delivered in a timely manner. I transferred most of my files from my desktop before realizing Windows 11 Pro was not installed. There was a message on the screen that I needed to activate Windows. I was unable to do that. I went to the physical store, where the very helpful greeter tried to fix it; but was unable and directed me to a line. I waited in line for 30 minutes at which time a very rude staff member told me that they see customers on an appointment basis only. I told him that this $1500 laptop had just been delivered and it did not have Windows and I needed support for this brand new product. He did not care. He repeated that I needed an appointment. I left. My son later helped me try to load/activate Windows. Nothing worked. Windows 11 Pro was not installed. Apparently, when you order on line from Best Buy, you are sold products not from Best Buy; "Best Buy is an e-commerce website where sellers from different areas can offer their products alongside Best Buy" ~~ This was news to me. I did not know I had bought from a Marketplace; I know I was on the Best Buy webpage. This is important because Best Buy will bear no responsibility secondary to the fact that my purchase (unbeknownst to me) was made on a Marketplace. I feel this is unfair; the Marketplace seller has committed fraud, yet it is not Best Buy's problem. I have reached out to the seller for a reimbursement of $199 for Windows Pro. Wish me luck in this.

I really like Best Buy store but was very disappointed that I had to hunt someone down to help me which was super inconvenient considering I have difficulty walking
