The days of the Geek Squad seem to be fading (or faded). Once a very admired team is very difficult to schedule or commuicate with.
My first issue: I thought I was getting connected to the Geek Squad and everytime I would call, I would get a Call Center I believe to be in India. All I want to do is move two Swann cameras the Geek Squad installed previously and one camera will need a longer cable connection. 2.) But I had no one to discuss this with prior to the appointment. I have no time to have the installation appointment to be unsuccessful and had no one to reassure me that they could either pre-order the cable or build on site. 3.) And then you are required to pay for the service in advance of the work - really?
Come on. The Greek Squad of the past was great. The employees great. I always felt confident that the job would get done right! Please return the old Geek Squad process. Cheap methods (like foreign call centers) dont work for serious custsomers.
