Cant contact my local store, some guy in india- brilliant... the 'NEW' AI operator is useless and annoying.
Im going to assume ALL THEIR SALES, SERVICES & PRODUCTS... are equally useless. Fortunately, there are many local family run repair & parts shops in Palm Bay & Melbourne. Forget box stores and nonsense, i should have gone local first.

Great price for all tech needs
They didn't have the item I wanted (apparently out of stock), but there was no one road ask. Went instead to the Walmart near me and they had it. Went outvof my way to drive to Best Buy, but was disappointed...
