Sale person talked my wife into buying a mac book made appointment to transfer files never have used a mac book said it would be 6 days before we could get both computers back. We have to pay bills with our laptop cannot leave it for 6 days which they fail to tell you when your buying it.

On October 13, 2025, my wife and I stopped in at the Best Buy in Melbourne, FL, to buy a new desktop computer with Windows 11 and a new monitor. Ken Cornett was our sales rep and was very helpful through the whole process. I gave Ken some specs that I wanted in our new computer and gave him a couple model numbers to take a look at. We looked at a Lenovo brand and an Asus brand. After comparing the two Ken recommended the Asus V500MVC-I71TB, which was the one I was leaning towards because I have had an Asus laptop for several years and have had very good luck with it. We also bought a keyboard and mouse kit by Logitech. Ken placed the order and said our computer would arrive on October 15th. To our surprise it arrived on the 14th.
The only issue we had with our order was that when we opened the computer box, there was also a keyboard and mouse in it. We had to drive back to the store and return the Logitech keyboard and mouse. The "Start up" process of the Asus computer was pretty straightforward and operates very well, and fast. Overall, we had a very good experience buying our computer.
