I want to thank the excellent service I received at Best Buy. Ari helped me pick up my order even though it wasn’t ready yet, and thanks to her initiative and willingness to help, I was able to get everything resolved in time before heading to the airport for my flight.
Her attitude was amazing—very professional and truly committed to helping. You can tell when someone gives 100% for the customer, and Ari definitely did.

Cant contact my local store, some guy in india- brilliant... the 'NEW' AI operator is useless and annoying.
Im going to assume ALL THEIR SALES, SERVICES & PRODUCTS... are equally useless. Fortunately, there are many local family run repair & parts shops in Palm Bay & Melbourne. Forget box stores and nonsense, i should have gone local first.
