I dropped my iPhone off at Best Buy on Tuesday to have my battery replaced. When the staff took out the battery, it exploded (apparently it happens). The young man said since it was apples error, they replaced the phone free of charge (13 pro max). Went to pick it up new phone on Thursday and he explained everything so well about the SIM card and to take it to Verizon etc. I am a terrible person and did not get his name (I was so stressed from not having int a phone lol) but I believe he was Chinese. He is a wonderful young man!

This place is a complete joke. I placed an order and was told it was ready for pickup at the store, but when I arrived, the item wasn’t even in stock. Instead of calling me to let me know, the staff told me my order was there, then ended up refunding my card on the spot. Now I’m stuck waiting up to a week for my refund to process. Absolutely worthless.

Nothing special. Went in, found exactly what I was looking for, checked out and left. Plenty of parking. Check out lanes were not over a 5 minute wait.
