Its always a great store to take a look in the newest products and technologies . I would give a five, but there is a lot of produts missing for the displays. Besides the associate at the entry door, associates are difficult to find in the store. Great options of financing if you have the Best Buy credit card. Location is great, next to the Melbourne Square Mall.

Absolutely the worst store, worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with ever at Best Buy. I’ve been a platinum member for years bought sooo much stuff. I am never gonna buy another thing from them again, I scheduled an install and delivery two weeks ago for a 100 “ TV. I even confirmed the delivery time yesterday and appointment schedule And the check through everything to make sure someone over 18 would be there, no pets, room to get in etc. was done then at 8:30 in the morning. They canceled the delivery for an unknown reason. I tried to call they didn’t answer wasn’t open yet. so I called back at nine. They told me they don’t know why this was canceled. It read canceled at the store from Geek Squad. I went into the store to cancel the order with the Store Manager, he said it’s not our department. It’s a third-party department. I said cancel the whole order then the sales guy, Dan, who has been very nice called me back an hour later and said I heard what happened. Let me get the TV installed for you today. I don’t know why the Store Manager didn’t do that when I was there but then when I got a call from Geek Squad on the way bringing it. They wanted to add other charges to move the sound bar that’s already been installed. I told them just cancel. I am completely done. I don’t want to deal with this anymore. Absolutely the worst service ever. I even opened up a Best Buy account to receive a special reward discount that wasn’t even correctly added on the second time so now I have a knock on my credit, a Best Buy card that I don’t want and a completely wasted day Maybe you don’t care about one TV but if you look through my account history of how much I’ve spent over the last few years, you will no longer get this and I hope everyone sees this review and goes to Amazon or somewhere else. I’ve wasted my whole day and two weeks of waiting for nothing I even enclosed my text ring so you can see where they’ve scheduled delivery and looking forward to my appointment then suddenly just sent me a text out the Blue that’s canceled and I need to call to schedule an installation. Absolutely ridiculous service.
