The customer service I have received from Geek Squad has been horrible. I made an appointment, drove 45 minutes there, appointment at 4. Waited 15 minutes to be asked if I was waiting for Geek Squad, then the lady didn’t say anything just walked away. Came back around 4:30 and stated to help me. Went through all of the steps to check my phone for additional issues, another 45 minutes, then was informed they didn’t have the screen for my phone. I was irritated and asked why I wasn’t informed before I drove all the way there, her response was that I would have had to go through the steps regardless and at least the paperwork was done. Then she handed me my phone, I left. I received a call Sunday from a very nice gentleman who was very helpful and understanding. Told me the screen would be expressed and the next or following day, I’d be able to have my phone repaired. It is now Tuesday with no call to schedule, every time I call them I can’t get through. Just been super annoying with very little help. I guess I’ll drive all the way to Orlando to get help.

Bought a laptop in April 2025. Bought the 3 year Geek Squad plan. Hard drive crashed. Took it in to Geek Squad & they tried to charge me almost $200 for their annual plan. I already bought the plan! Why charge me again. Absolute rip off!
