Went to Best Buy with my two year old $2,000 laptop with screen issue. I paid for the protection plan. Computer showed plan cancelled. They would not cover simple internal wire problem. Geek rep was good. Told me Best But upper management told them to recommend going to local repair shops. They did not want to be bothered with these repairs. Second time these issues came up with products purchased at Best Buy. The will not see me again. They can ##### their products and management.
