Waited in curbside pick up for 20 mins. With even an associate come to help another customer in his car. He looked at me directly in the eyes. Did not even come over to see what I was waiting for and walked away to go vape. You cant even call into the store. They have their phones set up that way. Horrible experience. Someone comes out "oh our system been down. It just came back up" funny... they just noticed someone just checked in and came out to see if they person ended up coming inside to get what they needed. But, no I was still waiting for them to come out. Then they give me. Oh we just marked it off on their system. So they do not get dinged for having even longer wait time.

This one star targets the inconsistencies in your delivery service. I received a text message stating that the driver JB was on his way to arrive to my apartment at 12:30pm. At 1:30 pm I noticed no driver and no phone call to say there was a problem. I called Best Buy to discover my order was cancelled to be rescheduled. Bogus excuse was they couldn’t reach me on a phone number that’s been disconnected for 3 months. They didn’t update their system. I guess they thought AI or Chat was going to do it for them.
Why didn’t they call me on the number they texted to say they’re on the way (duh)!!! I gave the sales person all the information needed to contact me. I believe the drivers got lazy and decided not to deliver. Shaking my head off my neck, hot as cayenne, wasabi and Tabasco, Scotch bonnet peppers all mixed together. Signing off smoking 🥵 hot

Ok but like the other best buy from palm beach county same thing... nobody ask you if you need help you must hunt for employees to get help/info. Best buy era is near end.
