Thank you best buy associate Logan, for what you ask. Wonderful conversation and looking up the information on my new Meta glasses. For explaining the charger I can purchase. Thank you for making my holiday shopping a joy.
Very friendly greeting, helpful staff and pre-ordered chromebook ready at the CS desk. Well done BB team!
Had a very , and I mean VERY difficult time today at Best buy.
Simple task, buy phone case and phone screen protectors.
Siara made that very difficult, made something very simple feel otherwise impossible.
Terrible customer service.
Spreading misinformation.
Not paying attention to me the customer right in front of her.
Last but not least, chatting it up with her coworker who is off the clock instead of helping me.
She ruined the best buy experience for me.

I dropped my iPhone off at Best Buy on Tuesday to have my battery replaced. When the staff took out the battery, it exploded (apparently it happens). The young man said since it was apples error, they replaced the phone free of charge (13 pro max). Went to pick it up new phone on Thursday and he explained everything so well about the SIM card and to take it to Verizon etc. I am a terrible person and did not get his name (I was so stressed from not having int a phone lol) but I believe he was Chinese. He is a wonderful young man!
