If I could give a zero or negative..I would. We purchased an LG refrigerator/freezer three months ago that is within the warranty period… the freezer drawers are defective to the point where we cannot open the freezer because it seals shut and have had several attempts to get this issue resolved.BEst buys policy is you have to deal with the manufacturer and they completely remove themselves from the process and totally unwilling to get involved in any way… needless to say dealing with this manufacturer LG has been almost impossible.. so after three months we have a worthless and useless freezer. Make sure you understand how useless Best Buy is after you take home your $
3000 piece of equipment. You are better using smaller local people.. absolutely disgusting.
