Today I went to the store with a return. What I thought would be a simple process took forever. The lady that was helping me processed my return but no receipt for proof was printed. She explained to me that she was new which I reassured her was no problem. The problem is that since she couldn’t figure it out she asked Nemo who is supposed to be the supervisor for help. She went up to him twice for help trying to get the receipt. For whatever reason Nemo refuses to come help her. He stood at the front carrying on a conversation with a lady that had a dog about lord knows what, but it was a long conversation and then she left the store leading me to believe he wasn’t helping her with anything in the store. As I’m standing at the register and was waiting the lady tells me he will be right over. Another associate comes over the try to help the lady and Nemo finished his conversation and then walks around and starts talking to other people. He then walks past us and says oh “he will help her” talking about another associate. After waiting for so long they finally figure out how to give me my proof of return. I thank both associates because it’s not their fault. However I’m in amazed at the fact that Nemo is a supervisor & wouldn’t help her knowing how long I had been standing there for because he surely was looking over and told the women that was trying to help me he would be over but never did.
