El mejor lugar para encontrar tecnología en Miami. Sin embargo la atención no es la mejor. Solo unos pocos calificarían como muy buenos. Estuve bastante tiempo y solo un par de ellos despejó dudas y me asesoró correctamente.

Quise comprar un teléfono celular y no conseguí un vendedor que me atendiera.Pregunte si había libro de quejas y apareció un muchacho que con pocas ganas me dijo que el celular lo compraba pero a caja cerrada. Si lo abría me cobraban 45 u$s más. Me fui sin el teléfono y sin querer renegar. Si no quieren vender será por algo. Muy pobre la impresión y la imagen que me llevo de este lugar

I was offered a Best Buy credit card while purchasing a phone. I specifically asked multiple times whether there would be any additional fees or charges associated with the card, and the employee assured me there would not be. I was told I would receive a $40 reward after paying off the balance, which sounded like a good deal. Later, I discovered that I had been charged a $59 annual fee. Had this been clearly disclosed, I would not have agreed to open the card. I feel that the terms were not explained honestly or transparently. Very disappointing experience. Be sure to read all the fine print yourself and do not rely solely on what the salesperson tells you. Wasted a lot of time...
