The worst experience I’ve had at Best Buy. No one helps you. They greet you as if they’re going to assist you, but in reality they seem bothered if you wait for their help. We went there to buy a gift for my brother (a Microsoft Pencil), and we couldn’t even make the purchase. They kept blaming each other just to avoid helping us. Terrible.
