Best Buy Miami Beach

Not much to say other than this place is a great shop takes you out of the craziness of South Beach unless it's Black Friday LOL my biggest shout out though would have to be to Derek A if you're looking for a computer or if you see a gentleman and he says his name is Derek stick with him he's honest helpful and a great knowledgeable salesman thanks Derek!

Buen lugar

I've been a BestBuy customer for many years. I'm a BestBuy Total Member. I've never had an issue with my in store purchases, great GeekSquad service with my new computer. When I bought my new computer I enrolled in the BestBuy Total Member program. In 2023 I bought My Frigidaire refrigerator at this store and delivery and installation were impeccable. My nightmare started when the fridge ice maker broke down. I started a chat with customer service to schedule a repair appointment. When we finished the chat and my appointment was scheduled for the following Saturday, the agent told me that everything was ok and that I will be receiving a call the Friday prior to the appointment to let me know the time technician will show up on Saturday. Nobody call me so I called back, to be told: Ah, but you didn't pay for the appointment. Nobody told me I had to, So, I said OK, let me pay now but I want to be sure the appointment is still for tomorrow. I was told yes, it's for tomorrow. On Saturday nobody came, so I called back to learn that Saturday was not possible!!!. I tried to reschedule many times, to no avail, I was told my case would be escalated to a supervisor or so, and that I would receive a call in 24hrs. Nothing, finally today, a week after the ordeal started, I called canceling the appointment and requesting refund of the $103 that I Paid I advance. To be continued, I will post again when the refund goes through.
