I had an experience with Best Buy that is incomprehensibly bad, and if it is a systemic problem then Best Buy is on an accelerated path to destroying a moderately good brand.
I will be glad to explain the situation and share my experience in an effort to help Best Buy, but I will not respond to any lower level folks trying to just let this “blow over”.
The right way to solve the problem is to have a C-Level exec call me that has the power to change things. The order number I am making reference to is BBY01-807199156752. If I don’t receive a call, that is Best Buy’s prerogative. But I will then never spend another dime at that enterprise.
I’m trying to help and will gladly do it. Take the next step Best Buy, fix your brand.
