I bought my laptop here a year ago. Later, I had an issue because I couldn’t remember the password to an old email account. I went back to the store and had to pay $200, only to be told that the problem was actually a factory defect with the motherboard.
My laptop was there for two weeks. Since I needed a computer for work, the solution they offered was for me to buy another laptop and told me they would refund the money afterward. This was not cheap—it cost me $800.Today, they told me my original laptop was finally ready. When I went to pick it up, they told me that I now had to purchase Microsoft Office again.
My experience has been extremely frustrating. It feels like they don’t care about you as a customer or as a person they only care about taking your money.
