The attendants who help with the purchase are polite, respectful and get straight to the point, they really help. But the checkout is horrible, the line didn't move for more than 25 minutes, with only 2 cashiers and 3 employees per cashier, totally confused, a deafening noise and totally disrespectful. It was the worst checkout experience ever in Bestbuy

Esta mañana he estado en la tienda para comprar un móvil nuevo y el servicio que me ha dado la dependienta que me ha atendido no ha sido nada satisfactorio. yo ya sabia lo que quería y si era posible financiar la compra de un móvil, hemos ido a mirar el modelo que quería y todo el tiempo he tenido que preguntar por las características que tenía, solo me respondía a mis preguntas con palabras cortas y escuetas, en vez de ampliarme la información del producto para que todas las dudas que yo tuviera se disiparan, no me ha explicado nada del móvil, lo que lleva, programas, características, funciones, capacidad, etc........cuando uno quiere vender algo tiene que saber como es el producto, sus características, sus funciones, no se puede pretender vender algo al cliente nada mas con la mínima información. A la hora de mirar la financiación todo igual, nada de información, como funciona, si la financiación se hace a través de una tarjeta de crédito de citibank, como se hacen los pagos, etc.........es como estar hablando con un robot que previamente le han enseñado lo que tiene que decir y hacer. Estas situaciones llevan al cliente a comprar en otros sitios y Best Buy pierde una venta y cliente, es como estar comprando en Amazon y el comprador saca sus conclusiones si vale la pena comprar ese producto que vale lo mismo que en una tienda física. Me gustaría que Best Buy reforzara la profesionalidad de los dependientes/as ya que yo he comprado productos en sus tiendas anteriormente. This morning I was in the store to buy a new cell phone, and the service I received from the saleswoman who helped me was not at all satisfactory. I already knew what I wanted and whether it was possible to finance the purchase. We went to look at the model I wanted, and the whole time I had to ask about its features. She only answered my questions in short, concise terms, instead of providing me with more information about the product to dispel any doubts I had. She didn't explain anything about the phone, what it has, programs, features, functions, capacity, etc. When you want to sell something, you have to know what the product is like, its features, its functions. You can't expect to sell something to the customer with just the bare minimum of information. When it comes to financing, everything is the same: no information, how it works, whether the financing is done through a Citibank credit card, how payments are made, etc. It's like talking to a robot that has been previously taught what to say and do. These situations lead customers to shop elsewhere, and Best Buy loses a sale and a customer. It's like shopping on Amazon, where the shopper draws their own conclusions about whether a product worth buying is worth the price it costs in a physical store. I would like Best Buy to strengthen the professionalism of its employees, as I have purchased products from their stores before.

Absolutely disgusting support. I mean ABSOLUTELY. I bought the dji stabilizer on July 4, 2025. I opened the box after 3 days (July 7). There were two pieces of accessories missing (phone holder and mini camera), which made the device completely useless for me. After that there were just HOURS of absolutely useless correspondence with their support. Just hours, time after time, you give them ALL the information and they chase you around in circles asking you back what you've already told them multiple times. I'm in Miami right now, I spoke to the manager of the local Best Buy and she explained to me that I have to go back to Jersey and show my item there, since their system doesn't allow you to see the purchase from the Jersey store. But I'm just a tourist, I'm not going back to Jersey anymore and I'll just have to stay with the product I was sold without a complete package. I ABSOLUTELY do not recommend ANYONE to use the services of this great, but absolutely stupid store. They sold me a product without a complete kit, after which their support spent many hours of my time completely useless. If you have any chance at all, buy anywhere but from them. I would have been fine with refusing to replace the product, but they spent hours wasting my time over and over again asking the same questions with absolutely zero results. I've written to them everywhere - the result is the same. JUST BUY IT SOMEWHERE ELSE.
