I want to recognize the store manager Yandry and supervisor Matt at Best Buy in Sweetwater for their outstanding customer service.
I visited the store to return a charger I had purchased the day before because it wasn’t working properly. I had used a promotional reward certificate on the original purchase, and there were complications with how that credit could be handled after the return.
Even though the situation was not straightforward and couldn’t be resolved through the 1-800 support line, Yandry took ownership of the issue and made sure I was taken care of in-store. He listened, stepped in, and helped find a fair solution that turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience.
Matt, the supervisor, was also helpful and professional throughout the interaction.
Overall, I really appreciate both of them for their professionalism, patience, and commitment to customer service.
