Went to buy something on Black Friday, there was a clerk who clearly didn’t want to work and had a really bad attitude, but the manager was right there next to her and immediately took over for a great customer service.

I don’t really see why everybody’s giving such a great review of this place. I was in there for more than 40 minutes and no one came to help me buy a Mac. The salesman that was working with someone when I got there said that I would be next another gentleman there went to him to let him know that I was waiting for him. Meanwhile, the guy that was supposed to help me started helping other people. Customer service there is horrendous. I was able to buy the same Mac At Brandsmart for $600 less and No issues getting a sales person to help me buy what I want.
