I am extremely disappointed with this company. The extended warranty they advertise is misleading and does not provide the support they promise. When you actually need assistance, they do not help in a timely or effective manner.
The technical service is very poor, and the support team does not provide adequate solutions. On top of that, they take three to five business days just to review a laptop, which is completely unacceptable—especially when the device is essential for work.
Overall, the experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend purchasing the extended warranty or relying on their service.
