Absolutely terrible customer service. I asked for assistance twice for a coffee machine that is available in store but none on shelf. Found them on the back wall, went to grab it and an employee by the name of Matthew told me to to go to where the coffee machines were when I already told him twice that the one I needed was not on the floor.
Gave me attitude for no reason, absolutely terrible employee to have. Worst customer service ever experienced at any Best Buy.
I bought TV and after 2 days the screen showed a defect. I went to exchange it and the employee told us that the serial number on the box was different, which was false. They made us wait a long time. We are really dissapointment, they doesn't respect client before to says the box is wrong serial they should be make sure about that, and make respectfull with customers.
Terrible customer service. I don't know why they ask if you need help when you walk in. They just kept you waiting like an idiot for a long time. I asked two different employees for help, and they told me they weren't their area of expertise.

La atención al cliente es fundamental en todo negocio y por mas estresante que sea el dia; el cliente no puede pagar las consecuncias.
