I have been a customer for about 40 yrs. Had a credit card that l used periodically l have great credit never always paid on time l went on line to purchase an item was told my credit card was cancelled was told if you don't use the card they will cancel it l used the card in March and paid it off, this explanation was outrage went to the store thinking they could help me the salesperson call the credit dept. they also said my card was closed and they could find no reason why she did say l could get a hold card pay $45 and get a credit of $1000.00 l was humiliated by this response hope Best Buy have a better explanation not going to give my credit score is 825 out of 850 bet Donald Trump don't have that score.
