Amazing service knowledgeable staff you can’t go wrong with this team from customer service to being a total tech member Best Buy will go up and beyond for their customers I want to thank Jaime that he transferred to the Best Buy in Dadeland to the rest of the team at this actual store super happy with my Sonos speakers all around my home Sonos amps denon receiver 86 inch tv’s Swann dvr cameras yale locks I mean the list goes on and on you walk into Best Buy they know what their selling to fit your needs highly recommend this store thank you guys
The best buy phone system is a mess! You cannot speak to an onsite associate even when returning a call. It is an automated AI message that routes you to a call center. The call center will not proceed with collecting your information. Terrible

We had a great experience last night with Javi! We couldn't find a Micro SD that was supposed to be in stock. We drove far to this one store location specifically to pickup. A few members helped us look, but to no avail. As we were leaving and even in the parking lot, Javi was evidently speaking to his manager, Danilo. He called us back in because he got permission to give us a Micro SD with twice the capacity for the same price as the one we were looking for. Truly, above and beyond kindness!

Just wanted to give a huge shout-out to Ibrahim at the Kendall store. I went in today and he was incredibly helpful. He didn't just point me to an aisle; he actually took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed without any of the usual sales pressure. If you're heading to this location, definitely ask for him. Thanks again, Ibrahim!
