I had a horrible experience purchasing my Apple Watch Ultra 2 from Best Buy.
My first order arrived defective—the watch wouldn’t even charge, and the charger included was not an authentic Apple charger. I decided to give them a second chance and reordered the watch for delivery, which turned out to be an even worse mistake.
The FedEx driver failed to obtain the required signature and left a visibly tampered package in my driveway. When I opened it, the Apple box had already been opened—and it was completely EMPTY. The watch and band had clearly been stolen.
I reported everything immediately, with proof, but Best Buy transferred me to primary care department and ultimately refused to issue a refund, telling me to file a police report instead. For a purchase over $600, this level of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable.
Best Buy should ensure secure delivery, especially for high-value items. This experience was beyond frustrating and disappointing. I will never purchase from them again.
I am giving 1 star just so I can write a review. My wife and me walked into the Kendall store to purchase a smart tv and an AppleTV, 2 times my wife asked for assistance from a worker with a blue shirt on, we were told someone was going to come . We waited for 15 minutes no one came, yet there workers everywhere talking amongst themselves. We have used this store since it open because it’s close to our home, after the treatment we received we will never go back , very sad that with money in hand no one wanted to help us . This was Tuesday afternoon March 24 2026.
