Very lazy service. Came in with the Kindle Amazon tablet and a man with glasses in the geek squad department was very useless. It was on 12/09/24 at 1:00PM. I just asked for general help on cleaning the tablet so I can have space and be quicker and if you couldn’t help me with that to at least direct me. Instead of giving me any information on that, he said, we don’t provide those services and moved me along. Saw him for less than 30 seconds. Very lazy and useless individual who probably didn’t receive the proper knowledge or training since he couldn’t answer questions, but have an attitude with sarcastic remarks
