I want to take a moment to highlight the outstanding customer service I received today at the Best Buy on Bird Road from Chepe and Bryan Sánchez in the appliances department. They were extremely alert, attentive, and genuinely committed to helping me resolve an issue with a refrigerator that had been ordered incorrectly by another associate. Both Chepe and Bryan went above and beyond to find a refrigerator that fit my needs perfectly. Their professionalism, patience, and dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out and made my experience smooth and stress-free. I greatly appreciate their effort and excellent service.

I was very pleasantly surprised about that BestBuy’s customer service. I hadn’t been there in years. Was looking for a larger screen for my computer. From the minute I walked in I was greeted professionally and warmly. Guided to the screen section where Jovan helped me, Within 15 minutes, I was done. Jovan Is an asset to this Best Buy location. He listened to my needs offered different options. Best of all I could pay for my item at the screen department. And I was out within 15 minutes. We need another screen and will definitely go back to this location

I purchased an Apple Lightning Digital AV Adapter from Best Buy to connect my iPhone 14 to my Samsung TV. The first employee originally sold me the wrong charger that didn’t even connect to the adapter, so I had to return and replace it. Later, when the original HDMI cable I bought stopped working, I returned to the store to troubleshoot. Geek Squad tested the devices and confirmed the adapter works but the HDMI cable was defective. To avoid another wrong purchase, I specifically asked for help selecting the correct HDMI replacement. Instead of assisting, the employee just pointed at a section and said they were all the same. Another employee briefly looked at the box I grabbed and confirmed I had “the right cable.” When I got home, I discovered they sold me a completely wrong item again — an Insignia DisplayPort Cable. DisplayPort is not the same as HDMI. It doesn’t connect to the Apple Lightning Digital AV Adapter and does not fit any HDMI port on my Samsung TV. It is physically and technically incompatible. This experience has now caused: • Multiple trips to the store • Purchasing items recommended by staff that do not work • Conflicting and incorrect information • Wasted time, money, and effort A store that specializes in electronics should at minimum be able to distinguish between HDMI and DisplayPort cables — especially after a customer clearly asks for help to avoid the exact mistake. I truly hope management improves staff training and oversight. This was a frustrating and avoidable experience.

I was impressed when I entered I was met with a greeter who asked how he could help. I informed the person that I was there to buy a very specific laptop that was reduced by $300. The sales person that located said laptop was very informative, professional and pleasant. It was an enjoyable experience. I'm very happy with my Dell laptop!
