I just spoke to a female rep at around 9:20pm via phone call who blatantly lied to me about transferring me to a manager. I was left on hold and ignored. I am a roadie who is trying to cancel an order for 9 customers that have been waiting THE ENTIRE day for their shipment. No one is responding. No one cares. Extremely unprofessional. She told me without an email for the customers she cant help me, but I dont have that information; so her resolution was to lie to me, ignore me, and not transfer me to a manager, thus affecting the order of 9 people, and my job as well. Shame on you guys.
