Staff in store was friendly. But you cannot call the store and get help. Best Buy seems to have switched to inept customer service outsourced to another third world country for cheap labor. Our delivery date was pushed back by over a week and could not get a store employee on the phone to correct this issue. Will be spending my money at another store for appliances going forward.
