My experience here has always been pleasant. Amazing customer service and they always help me find what I’m looking for. The associate that helped me during my last visit was Jorge, and because of his recommendation, I got the Best Buy membership. I will visit this store more often.

I want to start by giving a huge shoutout to Brayan, who provided outstanding service and went above and beyond to help me resolve my issue with a product and warranty. He was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about helping me — exactly what customer service should look like. Thank you, Brayan! Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for an employee named Cindy. My interaction with her today (Sunday, May 25, around 5:50–6:00 PM) was deeply disappointing. She never made eye contact with me, redirected me to other colleagues in a rude and condescending manner when she was fully capable of helping me herself, and when I had a follow-up question, she responded with nothing more than a gesture. There was zero professionalism, zero courtesy, and what felt like a dismissive and discriminatory attitude toward me as a customer. As a My Best Buy Total member, I expect a significantly higher standard of service. Cindy's conduct is not reflective of Best Buy's values and I have formally submitted a complaint. Management needs to address this.
