Maria is truly an amazing employee!!! It is such a pleasure to meet people like her in life. She is professional, proactive, extremely polite, funny and intelligent. She not only guided me through the process of choosing my computer, but she also made sure to find the perfect one for me based on my needs and my personal preferences! (I’m quite picky.) She had all the patience in the world, even though English is not her first language! She did an excellent job, and I want to congratulate you for having such efficient and kind employees. I even offered to give her a tip, but she wouldn’t accept it. I told her that my financial situation is not very good at the moment, and instead, she simply asked me to give her 5 stars in a review that was supposed to arrive in my email. However, I have been checking for days and it never arrived, so I decided to leave my review here instead. I am an 80-year-old woman, and although this type of technology is still difficult for me, I made the effort because good things deserve to be recognized and rewarded. This was truly excellent service—not only because she helped me, but because she also guided me through financing my computer and protecting it with Geek Squad’s protection plan. The Geek Squad team was also very kind and installed all the programs I needed so I could write my stories and novels. I am absolutely delighted! Thank you, Maria, for being the kind of human being we don’t see enough of anymore. Very bad experience. The tech was rude and descourteous. I won't return even if it's the only place I go for technology. What a shame....
