I’m writing another formal complaint until they do something about the man the myth the legend PRATA, at this best buy. truly they have someone with alot on his shoulders working here because the attitude is astronomical. who as i have read has had multiple negative reviews on here. from different people, why is he still working here??? he’s not a good look and treats customers lesser than. its a skill issue really.my mans PRATA feels the need to exercise dominance over just about anyone. he just happened to do it to a few people who will properly point it out. So i go to this Best Buy on Bird Rd (Tropicaire) in hopes of finding a restock, only to find “Prata” a best buy employee exercising a toxic masculinity on me, for having worn a sweater with a pokemon and buying pokemon cards.and at this moment im with a completely different associate, my mans PRATA decides to butt in and say he only wants to sell me 2. and the lady was about to sell me. but because PRATA was working today its 2 (lol). when i asked he said “bEcAuSe yOu pRoBaBlY aLrEadY hAvE a cOlLeCtIoN aT hOmE” i said i didnt ask ur opinion bro. and he proceeds to make fun of me for that, he then continues to say “i dont need to sell to you if i dont want to” and then i say “brother, you dont need to do anything you dont want to” and he commands the lady associate not to sell to me. Wonderful service guys, truly top tier….???
