I want to leave a review about Jeffrey, who is one of the managers at Best Buy. My experience with him was extremely disappointing.
From the start, his attitude was very rude and unprofessional. As a customer, I felt disrespected by the way he spoke and handled the situation. What was even more concerning was how he treated his own employees — he was speaking to them in a disrespectful manner and even raising his voice at them in front of others.
It’s very disappointing to see someone in a leadership position lack basic customer service skills and professionalism. A manager should set a positive example, not create a hostile environment.
This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I hope this is taken seriously, as behavior like this reflects very poorly on the store.
