Jose is an outstanding Best Buy Employee that helped me purchase my first TV from this store. I have already been back twice now and always ask for Jose's assistance, which he is more than happy to help! I also wanted to thank Erwin, the manager of the store for all the recent help. When Erwin was first being introduced to me by one of the employees, I could see how comfortable and happy the employees were with Erwin. It's hard to find a good leader, one who actually cares, is passionate about what they do, and creates an environment for his team to learn and succeed. And last but not least, Tyler, the security specialist who never fails to welcome me to the Best Buy store and always guides me to the right location to find what I am looking for, thank you Tyler.

very sad to have to put this review, but this store is not what it used to be, very bad customer service, and my last purchase was a phone upgrade with ATT. $140 a month that the representative told me was going to be monthly, I am paying more than $250 monthly, I honestly recommend avoiding this store.
