I left a fan at the register for less than a minute, and when I returned, it was gone—taken for a pickup order. Jonathan, the associate helping me, was kind and did his best to resolve it. Unfortunately, the manager, Guilliana, was dismissive and unhelpful, refusing to escalate the issue or offer a clear explanation. I ended up getting the item next door at Target. Great service from Jonathan, but poor customer service from management ruined the experience.
