6pm on a Tuesday evening, no one would come help with a laptop purchase. No acknowledgement, no I'll be right with you, just people walking by. I had made my selection, $1,899 Asus but needed a sales person to get the item. I was told by person at front door that took my name and asked what department i was going to, that someone would be with me 5 minutes. I waited 27 minutes. Even pulled out a USB alarm to set it off. The alarm was sounding. Someone came by and turned it off but couldn't assist me. I called the store from where I stood, rang for 6 minutes before someone answered. I explained that I had been waiting and he said that someone would be with me in a second. I said you have 30 of them before I leave. I gave them another 90 seconds and no one came. I stood there on their wifi and went to Amazon and ordered my Asus. I love it, great computer. Highly recommend Asus but not Best Buy.

George is a master auto installer. Reasonably priced installs. He done thousands of installs. He knows all the ins and outs to make it perfect. Installed 2 channel dash camera for me. Great friendly personality. I will be a return customer.

I made an appointment online for a car installation and the Naples Best Buy on Naples blvd. The appointment was made for 9 am Sunday morning March 2nd. Best buy accepted the appointment and sent many follow up emails and texts reminding me of the date and time. I show up, no one there. Store closed, no one at the installation reception. Wasted a good bit of my morning. Completely unacceptable. Why allow an appointment to be made, when clearly they had no intention of honoring it?
