Best Buy Experience Review I recently visited Best Buy to purchase two items: the Woojer Vest 3 and a PowerA Hall Effect Controller. The Woojer Vest was something I had little prior knowledge of, but I wanted to try it for myself, especially since reviews were mixed. The PowerA Controller, on the other hand, was a more informed purchase—I knew it featured Hall Effect sticks, which are resistant to stick drift. At checkout, the cashier—a courteous and kind Hispanic-looking male—asked if I wanted protection plans for my items. While I appreciated the offer, I declined protection for the Woojer Vest and explained that the PowerA Controller’s Hall Effect sticks don’t suffer from stick drift, making additional coverage unnecessary. Unfortunately, the cashier didn’t seem to understand my explanation, despite my attempts to clarify. Eventually, I decided it wasn’t worth further discussion and completed my purchase. After testing the Woojer Vest, I found it underwhelming compared to expectations, so I returned it. This time, a very friendly Black female employee assisted me. She was courteous, didn’t pressure me about anything, and even took the time to ask how my day was going. Her approach was refreshing and much appreciated. Overall, my experience at Best Buy was positive, thanks to the staff's politeness and professionalism. However, I believe some employees should familiarize themselves more with the products they’re selling. It would enhance customer interactions and make their recommendations more meaningful—otherwise, they’re just processing transactions rather than truly assisting shoppers.

Went in to buy TV laptop printer and was never even greeted in the store.Their services awful in the store don't bother
