Greated at the front door and was asked what I'm looking for and person pointed to the area where I could find computer cords. Then I got to the area and was lost at the moment because I walked to far and was asked by another person what I was looking for, he again pointed to the aisle. I had a picture of the exact item I needed and the sale ended today. It took me a good 10 minutes to find the right one. It would not been a much better shopping experience if they would of walked be to the aisle and grabbed me the item saving me time and frustration. Check out was fast and easy. Parking was abundant

I stopped at Best Buy, Naples, FL, today looking for a noise cancelling headset. I had requested for someone to assist me in my selection, as this was my first time purchasing this item. I was nicely greeted and told someone would be available to help me in 5-10 minutes. The Greeter was very helpful to make a few quick suggestions and pointed out potential two options. When I asked if I could try them before purchasing, he informed me that the store policy is to purchase and return if not satisfied. I went to the demo table to try the two on display. The Greeter explained that the demos were not currently activated. I was not comfortable investing in something without first trying it, waiting in line to pay for something I wasn't sure would work for me and then returning to the store to wait in line to return if it didn't meet expectations. I asked to speak with a Manager. The Greeter explained that they were all very busy and I was welcome to wait until one was available but, he wasn't sure how long that would be. They were busy with Certification, I was told. This experience was not a pleasant one. I felt that my potential purchase and time were totally disrespected. I was told that Customer Service was poorly provided before my visit to this store today. I disagreed because, I always had a pleasant and helpful experience in the past. If you know exactly what you're looking for, I understand why shopping online has become so popular. Upon leaving Best Buy, I took a chance and stopped at the Staples next door to it. The Cashier enthusiastically greeted me and came from behind her counter to recommend a headset and allowed me try it. While the Customer Service at Best Buy was very poor, at Staples, I was able to find answers to my important questions and make an educated decision on my purchase.
