It took me 7 years to go thru a Best Buy door after some horrible customer service in Illinois. But I was at Cosco and the store was right next door, and I wanted printer ink, so I walked in.
Some things never change!
I found my ink cartridges, and went to the front checkout line at 2:01 pm. There were only 3 customers in front of me. 12 minutes later, I was still waiting to be serviced!
There were 2 people behind the counter, and one of the employees decided to carry on a 15 minute (or maybe longer, I don’t know) conversation with a customer. The other employee was obviously struggling with checkout. And to make matters worse, there were 5 employees standing by the front door, doing what, I don’t know, but I’m pretty sure you only need one person greeting and directing customers coming thru the door.
As usual, HORRIBLE management by Best Buy.
If you don’t think 12 minutes is very long, just stand by yourself in any place and try it.
I will be a long time before I visit another Best Buy establishment. They’ve proven to me that I don’t matter. If you insist in giving Best Buy your business, enjoy the terrible customer service.
