I had an outstanding experience at Best Buy thanks to Juan. He made the return process for my Bose headphones quick and hassle-free, then took the time to help me find a better-quality pair that was a much better fit for my needs.
Juan was extremely knowledgeable about the different headphone options and clearly understood the features, sound quality, and value of each product. He patiently answered all of my questions, explained the differences between models, and made recommendations without any pressure.
His professionalism, product expertise, and excellent customer service made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. Employees like Juan are the reason I'll continue shopping at Best Buy. Thank you for going above and beyond!
Be aware of an unauthorized credit card application that happened to me yesterday.
While I was checking out in the store, an employee who said he was a supervisor asked if I was a member and requested my phone number. After my name appeared in the system, he asked for my ID, saying it was only for verification, which seemed completely normal to me. Then he asked me a few standard questions from the system and requested my signature. I cooperated and answered the questions and signed, simply trying to be helpful and understanding. It never even crossed my mind that I was being applied for a credit card. About an hour later, I received a notification from a credit bureau.
As someone who also works in the service industry, I always try to be helpful to people. However, I do not appreciate my good intentions being used against me in this way for someone else’s advantage.

Great experience. They let each other know what you need so someone meets you as soon as you arrived in the general area of what you are looking for.
I will never spend another dollar at Best Buy! Completely inexperienced and lazy Samsung Guy with the gray shirt definitely didn’t wanna be there and he made the perfectly clear that he was not even going to lift a finger try to help.
