Got what I needed with the help of one of their associates. Wasn't there too long.
Very disappointing! We ordered a TV last dec 7, and schedule to arrive dec 11. But since the "truck broke down" the agent say I am forced to reschedule the delivery for dec 18. That's another week. I feel frustrated having no car to pick it up and only waiting for it arrival and yet I have to wait for another week or maybe next year!
Your staff, Daniel, is extremely rude. It is raining outside and instead of allowing a customer to get in he grabbed an empty card and proceeded to cut us off to get in first. No excuse me, just an empty stare.

Just the called the store asking if the sales person who I ordered an item through was at work and received absolutely zero help. Apparently the person who answered for the store told me that information can't be given. He suggested I come in and find out. Why does the store have a customer service number, that doesn't want to help with simple questions. Maybe I should just cancel my order, what do you think?
