Bought an Insignia refrigerator over a month ago. It was delivered with no handles for fridge or freezer. The delivery person said he would return to put them on. A week & 1/2 later an employee came to our home, not to put the handles on, but to see what was needed to put the handles on, ( couldn’t he just look at the paperwork for the fridge we purchased?) Forward to 2 weeks after the last visit, an employee showed up an hour after he said he would be here , , puts the handle on the fridge but not the freezer because he doesn’t have enough of the right screws. We told him to leave the handle & we will do it ourselves. I’d leave zero star if I could for complete incompetence of the Best Buy employees. Never again.. if you buy an appliance here, be prepared to DIY, since you can’t count on the employees to DO THIR JOB.

Had an appt waited then met with a tech support person he trouble shooted what I had done, said he couldn’t help me & redirected me to the Apple Store. Simple fix the tech support person did a hard factory reset & bingo, issued solved. Simple fix.

Horrible customer service. Customer service associates and supervisors at this location are extremely rude!
I ordered an open box desktop computer in Excellent condition. Best Buy promises that open box items in excellent condition work and look like new and restored to factory settings. They must include all original parts, packaging and accessories (or suitable replacement). I was shocked when I opened the box, there was not even a power cord included. Online help suggested to bring the box back to the store and the mistake should be corrected and all missing items should be replaced. I took the box to the store and the customer service agent was not even listening what I need as she was already on the phone with an earpiece on one side. She immediately started processing the return when I only needed the missing items. I suggested her to seek a resolution to the problem and she seemed to be bothered to get her supervisor to the desk. Supervisor's attitude was worse. Supervisor asked me what was missing in the box and I said all accessories, original parts, packaging as it was promised. He said he can't provide those to me and I should return the item and start looking for another one.
Terrible experience, I might still shop online but I will never return to this store again.
