Terrible customer service. I asked to speak to a manager, the associate called and the manager refused to come up front. That’s never happened to me in my life.

Make an appointment still end up waiting a hour or more to be seen and thats After showing up and standing for 10+ minutes for someone to check you in

Absolute horrible experience dealing with Best Buy. I would give them zero stars if it was available. Asked for a quote, waited 3 days and then got a quote 25% more than the initial quote. You can't call the store, Best Buy policy. You can't speak to a manger, Best Buy policy. Will not be doing business with them again.
