How do I check product availability at the Naples Best Buy?

Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.

I recently bought a dyson ball animal upright vacuum 3 from best buy for 399.00 and then found a better model the 3+ at cosco not even an hour later for 349.00.Called the price match customer service for the difference in price and was told that there was nothing they could do for me. not only was that very disappointing, but Carl the supervisor was totally rude and should not be a position to make those decisions based on his customer service. I have been in retail myself for over 46 years as a business owner and a supervisor myself and would never talk or handle a situation as badly as he did . Business and sales especially at this day and age should be top priority to satisfy the customer and not only did Carl drop the ball he lost a 36 year
customer that will make sure everyone knows about it. Very disappointed that I have to find a new company to do all my future business with.
