I am not sure what the point is of scheduling an appointment with Geek Squad is. This is the second time I've come here with an appointment and they're always an hour plus behind. You need to extend your times for people obviously to be worked on instead of just 20 minutes at a time.

I just experienced Best Buy's new AI agent. Horrible! I need to schedule a Geek Squad person to come to our home to sort out a complex WiFi problem between our new router and printer. After trying their new AI agent several times for 20 minutes there's simply no way to schedule an appointment or connect with a human. To do this I, apprently, must drive to the store. Does anyone test these new systems from a customers perspective before putting them on-line?

Return vsit with an appointment. We were checked in and waiting. A man came in 15 minutes later and checked in with an appointment after ours 20 min. Agent Cole called the man's name for his appointment and skipped us! When we told him we were next wit an appointment 20 before the man he ignored us and kept working with the man. Another agent came to assist us, BUT WE HAD TO WAIT 5 MIN LONGER. Agent Cole was wrong and rude, the man he helped was rude for knowingly accepting to go ahead of us knowing we were scheduled before him. Just more concern about exactly what you are buying with a Geek Squad membership.
Hoping the work assignment gets completed correctly.
Visit to the Geek Squad. Nice greater, but the experience was lacking. Especially, clarity of process and getting help.
