The reason why I give this place one star is because this place doesn’t need my money a place where employees treat their customers like trash Customers service It’s a negative for me and the way they speak to your customers .how’s can you make money by denying service to a customer who needs Technical support? The things I wanted to say to that technician didn’t waste no time but to say no to me Best Buy is a joke. Their service is a joke and their On product is a joke you tell me that you have the best product and the best technician out there, but yet you denied service to me and plus I was a big fan of Best Buy Back in the days now you lost a customer I don’t know how you guys are in Business but you guys need to get it together how can you deny service towards me because I have a device that I did not know that it was a device in the past but yet it’s my first time using that device. All I needed is a battery replacement but yet you guys denied me service for that product. You guys are a joke and a racist at it and yet you laugh in my face because I had old tech give me a break, but yet I went somewhere else and they treat me with respect respect that you guys That you guys lost from me.

Went for a t.v. and it was so awesome, I got a t.v. they did not have the one I saw online , but I was helped and ended up with a better t.v at the same price.
