How do I check product availability at the Ocala Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.
My local Ocala Best Buy store and BestBuy.com ran out of the item I want. Is there another way to get it?
Inventory is constantly updated in stores and on BestBuy.com, especially during the holiday season. Make sure to check back early, and often, in case of a restock.
I bought a gift that requires service/installation. When can I expect that to be scheduled?

Curbside.. What’s that? Sat in my car for 20 mins to find out after 10 mins you’re supposed to resubmit you’re here another 10 mins had to just go inside and get my own order. A 5 min trip turned into a 40 min visit for no reason. If this wasn’t a gift I would have canceled my $1200 purchase! Do better! There should be a timer to ensure your helping your customers!

This is the slowest unstaffed Best Buy I’ve ever been to. Don’t buy Apple products from this location, save yourself the trip and the time. No help for 20 minutes whatsoever on a slow day doesn’t make sense to me & I won’t be back
