Pickup was a long line of at least 12 that took quite a while, but by the time I got to my turn, my pickup was quick and the employee was courteous, plus they had what I needed. So, it was all good! I would go to this location again.
Called ahead to drop a computer off for repair, they said come on in, get there and was told the call center doesn’t know what’s going on and you have to sit and wait to drop anything off. Today they estimate at least 2 hours, just to drop off computer, as many reviews state, customer service is non existent here. Told them we googled a computer repair right down the street and to remove us from the waiting list, they proceed to be rude. Went 1.2 miles down road to a computer repair business, local business, and it took all of 5 minutes to drop off, explain issue , and go on about my day. The shop we dropped off at said we should have it back within 2 days. Now , wow, someone at this other shop knows how to provide customer service ! Why wouldn’t this big box store provide that ? Common sense says, accept the product in, repair it, call the customer to pick it up , and collect the revenue. Not inconvenience them and make them go elsewhere, but in this case , I’m glad they did, I know have a chance to support a local business that still cares about their customers and I can get on with my day rather than sit in a store looking at 12 other customers looking frustrated and wishing they could carry on with their day rather than sit in the front of a store, just waiting.
