We purchased a Nexus NA Pro for our traveling. / Car video, at the Ocala Best Buy store. We made an appt with the geek squad but still couldn't work it. Went the following day asked for Gabby, the very young girl ,she is so helpful and very knowledgeable. She connected both of our phones with the camera with a smile always on her face. If you are lucky enough to have her be your sales person, you have hit the jackpot, your lucky day. We were 100% satisfied and then some….Made our day! Thank you Gabby!

It's ridiculous that you can not speak to anyone at the store when you call the store phone number!!

I went to the computer section of the store to acquire assistance with what I believed was a problem SD card. Aside from there being multiple computers on display with SD card slots, I was told by a smug, disingenuous man that the store didn't have any equipment to check out the SD card. He sent me to the Geek Squad area at the front of the store. There, I was confronted with choosing a ropped off line to stand in (appointment or no appointment). I was apparently invisible to the numerous Geek Squad employees that were all too busy to even make eye contact with me. Collectively, the rudeness and lack of assistance was more than I cared to deal with so I walked out. Its noteworthy to mention that I was also shopping for a new computer, but axed the thought of shopping for it there. My advice is to shop elsewhere.

I can't get ahold of anyone about my online order for a card. My order before I got it quick, but now it's so slow. I got it for someone who really needed it.
