I’m honestly really frustrated with this Best Buy location. I showed up at 9:30 because everything online says they open at 10 AM. I came specifically for Pokémon cards that are already hard to find, only to find out the store actually opened at 9.
Apparently this was some kind of temporary change they’re “trying out” until May, but there was zero signage, no notice, and nothing updated on Google. Because of that, by the time I got inside, everything was already sold out.
A lot of people started showing up at 10 thinking the same thing I did, so clearly this wasn’t just me. It’s frustrating because if the hours had been clearly posted anywhere, I would’ve come earlier or gone somewhere else instead of wasting a trip.
It honestly just makes the whole situation feel poorly handled and unfair.
