So my faith in Best Buy was restored. We had a whole house installation done last year. And we’ve had a couple of lingering issues that just could not get resolved. After many calls and finally visits to the store, the store manager in Ocala got involved and took care of everything. She knew her systems so well that she was about to get me the documentation I needed and approved a replacement for a component that just would not work correctly. So hats off to Destinee my Best Buy 😇
TERRIBLE. The lady with Geek Sqaud is awful.. brought my phone for my appointment, I arrived 40 minutes early. She then told me that the tech would be leaving soon, but I was confused because why would the tech be leaving if I showed up 40 minutes before my appointment so then we continue. She then says because I have a beta software they have to restart my phone and then she says I can leave and come back tomorrow. So I go back today and they said that they didn’t do it because I left. Of course I left I was told to leave. So now they’re fixing my phone today a day after they said they would have they are excuses.
