I will admit each and every time I had have gone into Best buy I was always very satisfied. Their customer service is outstanding, their computer texts are outstanding and extremely helpful and take the time that's necessary. To answer your questions. Questions. I once observed an elderly woman trying to understand her computer, the technician was very patient with her and took the time that was necessary to explain everything. By the time the lady left she was in tears cuz she had no idea how much fun her computer would be now to use. That impressed me.
