Hi just got an washer machine
, was told everythibg is fine and machine works !
After washer was installes when spinning was making a lot of vibration, washer was purchased on november 30 as today is still not fixed, called customer service nothing was done from their side to fix the issue
Do not reccomend this place... no customer service !!!!

This was my second purchase at this location after 5 year, and what a great experience this time!! Our fridge broke 2 days before our travel. I can’t thank enough Raisa ( the manager), Ellie and Kal for helping me to choose the right fridge and fast delivery before our departure!!
Definitely these employees made us loyal Best Buy customers at this location after.
