Fui atendido por um funcionário mau educado, mas é um caso isolado porque já fui várias vezes nessa loja e isso não aconteceu, era um funcionário brasileiro e deve estar insatisfeito com o trabalho
Fui a comprar un celular, demoraron unos minutos en atenderme... pero después fueron muy amables, eficientes y rápidos en realizar la venta. Muy recomendable

Worst Best Buy store I’ve ever been to (terrible). They have the worst managers, worst employees. I came over to the store since I couldn’t get anybody over the phone placed the order online. They couldn’t even find my order and also the guy didn’t spoken in English. after searching and searching, they finally found it and I left. I waited a long time in line with only one person in front of me because nobody could communicate with Best Buy employee because they didn’t speak English. Good job Best Buy.

Can no longer talk to a person. It’s all AI stupid phone service. Nothing ever seems to get better with these big companies it only gets worse. They really do not care about customer service at all.
