I had to get a laptop replaced, and I was charged an extra $400 and received the wrong laptop after my exchange. The managers at Best Buy were extremely unhelpful and the skinny one with the tattoos was rude, and the rest of their staff is not knowledgeable or professional. I’m very dissatisfied with my shopping experience and I’d recommend purchasing electronics on amazon.
