I am giving this Best Buy (at Millennia), a 5 Star review because of Drew (sales) & Karina (Geek Squad). Drew has helped me a couple of times, when I made purchases. He was very helpful, & knowledgeable about Apple products, & helped me make the right decision. He didn’t try to just sell us something. He even did a price match for me, when I showed him the same laptop on sale with a competitor.
After I purchased the laptop, not only did Karina set up my new computer, but she transferred the data from my old computer, & factory reset that one. It freed up the hard drive, & Karina did much-needed updates for me. Although I will be using the new laptop, I essentially have 2 laptops to use, thanks to Karina. I have been using a MacBook since 2015. She was the 1st person to show me some features to use, that would help my productivity. I had it all along on the old laptop, as well. Nevertheless, it was still time for an upgrade, because I needed more speed, more memory, & a lighter laptop. Karina & Drew helped me with all of those things. They both went above & beyond, with their customer service to us.
