Went in to pay over $800 on a cell phone. Stood at the phones for 25 minutes asking every employee who went buy if they could sell me a phone. None could. Went to customer service. She said she would get someone to help me but it would be 30 minutes. I said can you get the manager to sell me a phone. She said he is really busy so no. I said I will never come back to Best Buy for any product even if it cost me more elsewhere.

I went to Best Buy and the customer service was very poor. It was difficult to find an associate for assistance, and when I finally did, the associate appeared annoyed when I politely asked if she was helping another customer. When she eventually assisted me, the level of customer service was very low. I left unsatisfied.
