Muy malo el stock de productos. Fuimos en busca de un kindle. No tenían ni un solo modelo. Mala atención. Hay muchos productos que están exhibidos, pero no están en stock para comprarlos. Tampoco se puede probar con facilidad auriculares o equipos de música. Los precios tampoco son muy económicos o diferenciales con otras tiendas. Quitaron también la pizarra que tenían con productos refurbished u open box, que era excelente para conseguir buenas laptop por muy buen precio. Decayó muchísimo desde la última vez que habíamos visitado una tienda de Best Buy.
Anthony, the home theatre advisor, is an absolute LEGEND. I almost never leave reviews for big-box stores, but his level of customer service made it impossible not to. I walked in already knowing exactly what I wanted and didn’t expect to need any help, yet he still managed to turn the whole experience into something genuinely elite. In the 20 minutes I was there, I watched him effortlessly help me and three other customers at the same time—never rushed, always engaged, and making real connections with each of us. Best Buy needs to give this man a raise or a promotion. I’ll be coming back for my next big electronics purchase, and I’ll be asking for him by name.
Selection is a little limited with physical copies of games. Idk if that's intentional these days with the prevalence of digital sales. Prices are similar to Amazon. I like that I can feel/hear a keyboard before I buy it. Store is clean and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
