We were sold an iPad and a case, the case was the wrong size and broke the screen. We had full warranty but Mike at "customer service" (non customer service really) was very aggressive and would not help get replacement. He had a very non caring or understanding demeanor and would not take into any consideration that a best buy representative sold us the wrong size case. Clearly should not be in customer service with this type of attitude 😒

I had to get a laptop replaced, and I was charged an extra $400 and received the wrong laptop after my exchange. The managers at Best Buy were extremely unhelpful and the skinny one with the tattoos was rude, and the rest of their staff is not knowledgeable or professional. I’m very dissatisfied with my shopping experience and I’d recommend purchasing electronics on amazon.
