waited 45 minutes for curb side until i went inside to pick up my package which is completely okay, but making me carry a 50 inch tv alone to my car doesn’t seem like the way to do things. after struggling for literally ten minutes to put the TV in my car, a stranger stopped and helped me. just feels so wrong to be okay with saying “it’s not that heavy” when it’s a 50 inch tv and it’s longer than my wingspan, and you see me struggling after you give it to me and proceed to take the next guest.
