I find it insane they use "Roadie," a delivery service that allows unvetted strangers to pick up your item and then they spend all day with it (while you can watch the delivery driver all day! From home, to the park, anywhere they go! It's incredibly unsafe!) and eventually it will hopefully get delivered before their 6PM delivery window. It's a ridiculous practice, I'd rather have had it actually shipped to me like I assumed next day delivery was, instead of handed off to some random person.
Go ahead and look up what Roadie drivers have to say about it, they do not take care of your deliveries because they aren't held responsible. Certainly won't be using Best Buy again while they use this unprofessional service.
