We were greeted by Kevin at the appliance section and walked us through the finance options for the wash and dryer all in one we had been looking into for a while. He was super kind and informative of the whole process, including contact info for any issues with the machine. Thanks again Kevin! On delivery day it was a fast setup, no issues at all. We are really liking the LG all in one if anyone is thinking about getting one, do it. Such a time saver.

I visited this Best Buy, to get information & assistance with the portable phone I recently purchased. The staff member @ the phone counter was very knowledgeable about the Android Smart phone in my possession. He not only explained the operation of the particular function I was having trouble with; he even showed me how to operate the "video conferencing" feature, but he had me run through the feature on my own. Extremely helpful. I then moved to the section of the store where vinyl records were kept. I was a little disappointed in the size and amount of items in stock. However, having found an LP album recorded by "Fleetwood Mac", my time was not wasted. I not only purchased the album, but I was able to use $20.00 dollars of the Best Buy rewards dollars I had accumulated, so my visit was very successful.

I got an excellent offer with everything, love my new laptop and the Best Buy staff were very knowledgeable.
