Ordered a new laptop from store to receive in the mail. Unfortunately I received a refurbished. I drove back to store and to my surprise, i ran into a great employee, Emily, who was proactive and eagerly helped us. She then handed us off to the manager Emilio. He took matters into his hands and provided us with great service and made everything right. We purchased more items along with warranties and Microsoft software. We are pleased with the service provided.

One thing I did notice is that we were never greeted or asked if we needed help with anything. However, we watched as other customers who entered after us were greeted and attended to. Very sad and disappointed

As much as I love best buy. Customers Service is a dieing art. They make me want to order on Amazon. I go to the store for convince, and not having to wait to own the products I buy.
Employee are apathic, unknowlageble, disinterested in interaction or assisting customers and simply lack a desire to sell you something overall.
