After being a faithful customer with Best Buy and spending much money, never had a problem until today with Anthony Guzman we explain to him over and over something that could’ve been resolved with our blue tooth and he was very negative and his demeanor as to attending as customer not good, the girl who try helping was courteous and professional but he even followed her to make sure she didn’t agree with helping us exchange our Bluetooth, never will come back to this store

For employees of retail, I'm sure it's tough these days with online shopping being so easy. This Best Buy location has great service and knowledgeable staff. They knew where the product was that I was trying to find and gave me suggestions that actually made sense. Thank you! Good visit!
