It’s unacceptable to ask multiple employees for help and still be left to aimlessly wander the store. All I needed was a simple car phone charger something that should’ve taken five minutes. Instead, I was pointed toward vague aisles with zero follow-through. No one took the time to actually assist me.
For a store that prides itself on being the go to for tech, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. Ironically, I found exactly what I needed at a gas station. Best Buy should take a serious look at its customer service because right now, it’s failing at the basics.
