I've been coming to this store for close to 30-years, but the last few trips there, including just yesterday on 11/9/25, have me questioning their customer service or lack thereof. I went there to buy a stove and not one person helped. Some guy was stocking shelves, so not sure if he was a Best Buy employee, but he didn't even lift his head up in my direction (7-feet away) for over 20-minutes. After asking some woman in appliances, I waited another 15-minutes without even an acknowledgement. I could have been flipping around on the carpet and I'm sure the employees would just walk around me. I went home and placed my order with Home Depot. It was worth the extra $20. I would have paid $200 more to not have to deal with employees who can't look up and say, "Can I help you?" I will never go back.
