Great experience. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Mit at the Google station was very helpful.
Poor customer service. Lots of workers standing around chatting with each other and ignoring customers. They were actually more employees than there were customers and none of the customers were getting helped.

Apparently all Best Buy locations have shut down their phone systems to direct all calls to a corporate line. I had an issue with a purchase that the national line was unable to assist with, but was told there is know way to connect me to the location I made my purchase at. If I wanted this level of service, I'd just buy everything on Amazon.
