I bought a new laptop, printer, ink and dvd player with Sabrina on Thursday evening. Sabrina was awesome and gave such incredible customer service with my purchases! I had a much better experience at this store than the East Colonial one. Please continue to have staff that are friendly, ample in numbers on the floor, patient and informative with your products and deals. It makes a world of difference! I am a very happy customer!

Saw about 25 employees around the store, not one was by the freezer section ....decided to walk to the front & politely ask for help- Front employee stated: she's busy right now but when she's done she will ho back there & help you- to which I said Great Thanks....walked back to the freezer section. No one came to help for at least 20 mins.....which we decided to just leave. Also mentioned on my way out- (to the employer who I originally asked for help at the front of the store:Super sweet girl btw)- no one came to help. I remember now why I dislike going shopping in person.
