Nasty experience with an employee called Israel, so rude, unprofessional attitude. Will never use such a branch again, or maybe never use bestbuy again, amazon is way better. Bestbuy should have better choices of thier employees.

I’m writing to express my frustration with the Geek Squad support I received last night. I called in with an issue and spent 55 minutes speaking to representative #1, who couldn’t resolve my problem. I was then transferred to a printer expert, with whom I spent an additional 33 minutes. However, during that time, it became clear that the issue would take longer to resolve. The second representative asked for my phone number, promising to call me back, but unfortunately, I never received the callback. Instead, the chat ended abruptly, leaving me without any solution. Today, I had to go into the Best Buy store on OBT, where Deliaha was able to assist me. While 83 minutes might not seem like much to some, it was a lot of time for me, especially since I’m not very computer-savvy. The whole reason I pay for Geek Squad support is to avoid these kinds of situations, but I didn’t receive the level of service I expected. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as I rely on Geek Squad for support, and this experience was disappointing. Best regards, Betsy
