One of the last Electronic retailers left. It's good to have a place to go to and see things live in person. Prices are average, sometimes you can get a really good deal. The only negative is the constant push the staff is told to regurgitate to purchase best buy warranty packages and subscriptions.

Best Buy actually had an AT&T representative in the store who tried to sell me AT&T services. I personally am not interested in anything AT&T, I can't believe AT&T is still around. I felt bad for the representative because I don't want anything to do with AT&T.

Terrible la atencion del manager de tienda llamado Henry,tiene mala actitud para las personas, fue grosero con nosotros cuando solo estabamos preguntando acerca de una scooter para nuestro hijo lo tuvimos que sguir por toda la tienda y su respuesta fue estoy ocupado y no feliz con su respuesta se regreso a decirnos y no se cuanto me voy a demorar. Eso no es servicio al cliente. Afortunadamente tienen empleados como Janet de la section de Geek Squad quien amablemente nos ayudo buscando un nuevo manager y explicando lo que necesitabamos saber. Ella deberia ser la manager en lugar de henry. The service from the store manager, Henry, was terrible. He has a bad attitude towards customers and was rude to us when we were simply asking about a scooter for our son. We had to follow him all over the store, and his response was, "I'm busy." Not happy with his response, we asked again, and he replied, "I don't know how long it will take." That's not customer service. Fortunately, they have employees like Janet from the Geek Squad section, who kindly helped us by finding another manager and explaining what we needed to know. She should be the manager instead of Henry.
