Well, an absolutely pathetic experience. I came there for my iPhone battery service. Before making the appointment, I thought about replacing my phone's battery at the nearby Apple Store until I saw Best Buy, which is close to my home. I went there on time for my 11:20am appointment. An employee directed me to the Geek Squad area, where I was supposed to meet someone. I sat there for 30 minutes straight, and nobody approached. I thought the “Geek Squad” was a squad of people, but come onnn, waiting 30 minutes with no response is an absolute disgrace to me. So, my dear customers, if you need to change your iPhone battery, this is not the right place. By the by this is my first review for bestbuy so thank you for giving me the opportunity. I'm going to the Apple Store now. Bye

Wow I had a great experience at this best buy. Melvin helped me out on the appliance area and I received what I came in for. Not only did he work out a great price but he loaded the appliance in my vehicle with great care along side his co-worker Chris. These guys deserve accolades for there great attention. I came from Longwood and it was worth the trip. Thank you.
