It is Best Buy. There is nothing muxh to say. I come here for my PC Internals. It is not a Micro Center, but it works. Prices are normal. Not cheap, nor expensive, mostly.
Quick and friendly service. Answered all of my questions and checkout was a breeze
Mixed Feelings About Recycling Experience at Best Buy Waterford Lakes.
I recently visited the Best Buy at Waterford Lakes to recycle some electronics. Upon arrival, I asked where the recycling bins were located and was directed to customer service. When I asked for clarification, the sales associate inquired, “What are you recycling?” I mentioned that I had some batteries and other items. Then the manager stepped in and told me they don’t take batteries.
I asked, “What do you take?” hoping to get a list of acceptable items. The manager responded, “I don’t know, what do you have?” This exchange left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. As a long-time customer and a My Best Buy Total member, I expected a more helpful approach. I wanted to verify the items myself without having to unpack my recycle box in the store.
While I appreciate that Best Buy offers recycling services, it shouldn’t be so difficult to access information about what they accept. It made me wonder if customers who come solely to recycle are given less priority than those who are there to make purchases. I hope they can improve their customer service in this area to make the recycling process more user-friendly.
