to be honest, my shopping experience there is not bad if anything you was at best, decent!
at times it's hard to find someone to answer your questions and. but that's not an issue per se because as you know everything is right in front of you. however, I wonder how they are still in business. I was shopping for a keyboard mouse combo and to be honest they don't really have a big selection. or should I say a decent selection. it's mostly tailored to gamers and the other stuff is a bit overpriced where you can get the same products from their competitors on the internet. I hate to admit this, but Amazon have much wider, bigger selection and tailored to what you're looking for rather than just gamers for the most part.
