I purchased a pair of Beats Studio 2 headphones today. Walked out cracked the seal on the box and found a used and broken pair. Immediately walked back in with in minutes to exchange them. The “store manager” who appeared to be no more that 20 years old told me that the serial numbers didn’t match and there was nothing I could do and even smirked at me and made comments that were incredibly unprofessional. He shouldn’t be sweeping the floor there let alone managing 100’s of thousands of dollars of product. If someone on the street talked to me the way he did, we would be throwing hands. All he did is say that this happens a lot and went so far as to insinuate that I was the one who switched them out. Store manager I worked with had long blonde hair put in a bun and I was too upset to remember his name. I will never shop at this location again and even went to another store to buy another pair of headphones as i need them for work but refuse to give them more money. He accused me trying to get one over on them when in actuality I am the one getting robbed. I am not going to let this go until something is done about this and this store manager is reprimanded for his actions. If it “happens all the time” this is clearly an internal issue and something that should be addressed.

Waited 30 minutes for them to bring out my curbside order, but they never did. Didn’t pick up when I called them multiple times. I had to go inside to get my order with my leg injury and they didn’t even offer an apology or an explanation.

this guy Brandon at the Geek Squad auto installation site helped me fix my Sony CarPlay stereo connection and stop the license plate rattle from my sound system in just a few minutes, took time to explain how to fix it further, and was a super chill dude. shout out to Brandon over at Geek Squad! peak customer service— and i just pulled up short notice without having to go through waiting for an appointment! will be returning for further sound upgrades based on this experience.
