I’ve been coming to the Waterford Lakes Towncenter before this Best Buy had been built. This specific location had been decent once upon a time but has gone downhill the past five years. Customers service is below par and availability is laughable. Do not bother preordering anything from here for any type of media or equipment. What’s crazy is the amount of labor hours allocated to the staff here that seem to generally be doing nothing the majority of the time. Half of the staff will be working hard and the other will be standing around just talking. The store manager definitely not helping the company as a whole stay afloat with the subpar customer service, availability, or general efficiency. I am counting the days this location is gone for the face of the earth as Circuit City once left across the street. With online markets dominating stores like Best Buy, they should be trying harder. I am seething after my last experience but it is the absolute truth.

Don’t preorder with them cause they don’t honor it! Waste of my time
