Had a warranty issue with the manufacturer and Emelio in Winter Park the geek squad manager fully handled the problem after the service center botched the repair.
Absolutely horrible experience. Came in back in December and there were no associates on the floor helping people. Fortunately I was able to find a nice young man to help me, however as he was kindly pointing me in the right direction while grabbing things for what I assume was an order, another associate rudely came up to him and told him to stop talking to me and get back to work. If your store isn’t going to have associates on the floor helping people, and the ones who do try to help get yelled at, this is not a place anyone should shop at. I’ve had great experiences at other Best Buy’s, must just be this location that’s terrible.
